My major is finance and minor is data science this has influenced me alot in choosing the perfect career path for my future. Not to forget our curriculum has overall 6 subjects with a mixture of acvounts maths a bit if strategy planning research paper excel work communication skills stock market aka financial marketing and our subjects change evry semester guven tht we have 6 semesters in our entire degree you can even choose language at the start of the fy though bbm has to pay additional fees of 10k per sem but bba has the language course in built otherwise bba and bbm bith the courses are almost the same

from 5th semester students aee eligible for campus placment there are around 200 companies which provide placement to student in are college , like tata google microsoft cap gemini postman walmart mahindra and so on for high payment placement min 8.5 gdp and meduim payment placement min 6.5 gdp im aim to get master in information technology after degree for betterment in the company

Semester 3 onwards students become eligible for final placements. The placements offered are varied and help and student find their best fit company along with a suitable role and CTC. The college also helps with development of skills that students need to be job ready.

I always wanted to pursue computer science, but I was very confused since I always like medical as well, but the faculty at Somaiya help me recover and know that what I really like, and what I should really dive into so they help me make decision by then I should choose IT or CS and hopefully I am doing very good in computer science. There are many man faculty members that are ready to help you any time. The timings of exams are six months each. I recently had an exam in December and I'll be starting with my second semester. There is not many areas of improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods, but it would be great if they provided with a prior syllabus note so that we can start with our preparation beforehand. Overall I just love how they treat us and how they make us feel good academically.

Welll tbh my actual dream was to become a pilot but due to some financial issues and some problem I had to take this course and its not even taht badd, the course helps me alot to learn about business and how not to fail if we started a startup, understanding teacher, teachers being cool and having some irl funny examples while teaching, the timming between each exam is not that long but if u study it's sufficient and if u not your dead my guy

Yeah campus provides placement and they train us for interviews and how to pass them placements is 52 lakh higest this year and their is 100 percent placements average package is upto 7-8 lakh per annum

the placements are good, can't say exceptional but there are plenty of internship opportunities and educational seminars which are conducted. The avg package is 6-7l pa and the highest package has been14l pa up until now. A lot of good companies approach our college and give placements

Currently I'm pursuing bba finance and also preparing for my mba entrance exam.. CET,CMAT so that I can attend the exam on march 2025.. I would like to pursue mba as well as upskill my resume by learning new skills for 2025

The course curriculum is fine but some irrelevant topics are also taught. Apart from that alot of field visits and industrial visits are also organised by faculties. Some masterclass are also organised where skill development is possible.

the course outcome is good though it doesn't give that much real-life applicability, it's basically related to accounting, finance and a vit mathematics and economics for the overall knowledge of one's business ecosystem.
