Christ University is deemed to be a university, established in 1969 as Christ College. Further in 2004, the AICTE and UGC granted the institution the status of autonomy. The Christ University has a total of five campuses in Bangalore, Kengari, Bannerghatta, Yeshwanthpur, Delhi NCR, and Pune Lavasa. The Christ University Kengari campus came into existence in 2009, established in the Mysore Road.
