The admission process for the MBA program at IIM Guwahati is-
- Stage 0 (Basic Academic Eligibility)- Candidates who secure a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation in any field (45% in the case of reserved categories) will be eligible for admission. Candidates who qualify this stage will receive an email with a link to an online application form from the IIMG Admission Office.
- Stage 1 (CAT Eligibility)- Candidates who qualify the minimum CAT cutoff 2025 (both overall and sectional) will be considered for subsequent stages of admission.
- Stage 2 (Final Selection Criteria)- For candidates who complete the application form, a Composite Score (CS) will be computed based on CAT-2025 scores, academics, and work experience. Final selection (Stage-2) will be based on the candidate’s Composite Score.
