Required Exams for Admission

TOEFL (111)

I highly recommend the MS in Innovation & Management course for anyone looking to expand into a more managerial role from a technical background. The level of hands on experience and connections you make here are extremely valuable and rare to find.

Course Curriculum

10

The academics and course curriculum is one of the best out there. Its one of the few that emphasize on practical skills & learning by doing. It also pushes.

Faculty

10

Faculty to student ratio is about 1 faculty for every 6 or 7 students. In other words, students get to interact and connect with the faculty on a deep level. All the faculty are extremely passionate and experienced (in the real world) in the subjects that they teach. Therefore they teach from experience and not textbooks.

Campus Life

9

Living so close to a city like Boston, the campus life is as good as it can be. You have all the best parts of the city & the suburbs (based on what you prefer). The public transport is also one of the best in the country which means you can live here as a student without the need for a car which is rare for a US city.

Placement

8

Historically everyone graduating from this course has managed to land a job in a good company or start a company of their own.

Accommodation

Off Campus
9

There is very limited on campus housing for graduate students, therefore most people opt for off campus housing. Medford rent prices are higher than other places due to the proximity to the college. But you are paying for the convenience that comes with living close to the university and close to the city of Boston. For reference, I pay $1500 per month for a fully furnished room (amenities included in rent) in a 4 bedroom house.

Exams

My Scores: TOEFL 111. I did not need to give GRE for my admission as it happened during COVID. However this requirement might have changed. 1 Sop, 3 LORs & CV. I was then interviewed before being accepted. Interview was based on my experience mentioned in the SOP & CV. Yes, I had one round of interview with the Admissions team. To Ace this round, they look for students who show potential to learn and grow professionally.

Fees

Tuition Fee varies year to year but I pay approximately $1700 per credit.

Scholarship

I received a scholarship from my University (Tufts University).
