10 Apr, 2026 MAH MBA/MMS CET 2026 Session 1 Exam response sheet and answer key will be released soon @cetcell.mahacet.org. The session 2 exam is scheduled for May 9, 2026. Read more.

02 Apr, 2026 MAT May 2026 session registrations have started for MBA admission. Aspirants can register @mat.aima.in till May 25, for PBT Mode, and till June 8, for CBT Mode. The Exam will be held on May 31 (PBT) and on June 14 (CBT). Read more.

12 Mar, 2026 ATMA 2026 (May session) Registration is open till April 21, 2026, for admission to MBA, MMS, PGDM & MCA programs. The Exam will be held on May 3, 2026. Read more.

NISM, the educational arm of the Securities Exchange Board of India is offering certification courses in the field of finance.

The educational school of SEBI is helping participants to develop their financial literacy to the right level and expertise. A total of 20 certification courses are offered by NISM in the field of the financial market.

Presently, the institute has six schools and educates people for the professionalism and standardization of the securities markets.

NISM Courses and Certifications: Important Details

The NISM Certification exams are organized online and the question pattern of the exam is MCQ’s.
The time duration of NISM Courses and Certifications ranges from one month to one year.
New batches for each course is started every month. Candidates interested can enrol in the new batch of any course at the beginning of every month.
Candidates may also apply for two or more courses of NISM at the same time.
NISM courses have Weekday and weekend batches which are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The certification for the course applied for is provided to the candidate when the course is successfully completed.

Any mba entrance exam score is acceptable. You need to apply for the course by going to its website (nism.Ac.In). All information is available on the website. No reservation works there. I think improvement can be done in the admission process by making it more transparent.

Admission:

National Institute of securities market is one of the very professional Universities that offers professional courses to the students. To get an admission in this Institute I had to to submit my intermediate and my bachelors certificate where I must score above 60%. I also had to crack CMAT examination with good score. This is necessary because for a meritorious student the college also provide scholarships.

National Institute of securities market review

Admission:

National Institute of securities market is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).To get an admission in this institute I have to submit my 10 + 2 results with science stream where I have scored above 60% and also my UG where I had scored 50%. I have to clarify the entrance exam. I also had to qualify CAT exam. I submitted my all the required certificates along with my ID proof and my passport size photographs also.

The students who are industry sponsored or working in the industry need to appear for the All India Entrance Test . this is in the form of online interview. Other than that the people who are working in RBI, SEBI, IRDA, CCI, IBBI and the other market securities like BSE, MCX, NSDL, NSE , government departments , judiciaries who have been working for a period of three years are also eligible to apply.The selection will thus be based on merit. If any NRI or foreign candidate want to take admission is also selected based on online interview.

Admission:

The students seeking admission in NISM needs to clear entrance exams like XAT/MAT/CMAT/CAT/ATMA/GMAT or MAH CET ( management).Other than that you need to have at least 50% marks in 12th standard for the general category and 45% in case of reserved one. The student must also hold a three years Bachelor degree in any field except for fine arts. The admission is strictly merit based. After applying online and filling in the necessary details I was called for the group discussion and interview round. Later scoring good in the GD I was given admission in the college.

Admission:

I got my admission to NISM through my rank in the CLAT examination. After that, I applied by filling the online application with all the details. After that I got inducted in the merit list and then visited the campus to sign up the formalities.

Admission:

The placement is too good. National Stock Exchange, Aditya Birla Capital, NSDL, CSDL, Federal Bank, ICICI Bank, etc you can find a complete list on the nism website. Institute set up a placement portal for everyone known as RECULTA which helps the recruiter to find a suitable candidate.
