Dr. B. Venkata Ramana Reddy is presently working as the Principal and Professor of the CSE department at Joginpally B.R. Engineering College, Hyderabad, and Telangana. He has vast experience in teaching, research, and administration. He obtained a B.Tech. from KSRM College of Engineering, Kadapa, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, an M.Tech. from IPGSR, Masab Tank, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and a PhD degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur, Anantapur, in Computer Science and Engineering.

Dr. Reddy is resourceful in multidisciplinary specialisations in associated branches. He has more than 50 publications in internationally reputed journals and conferences. He is guiding six research scholars currently and two scholars have completed their PhDs under his guidance. He has attended and conducted many workshops, seminars, and FDPs. He has delivered guest lectures and talks at various national conferences, workshops, and symposia.
