The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), has released the notification for the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026. This state-level entrance exam is the gateway for students seeking admission into various professional undergraduate programs across Telangana.

Candidates can begin their online registration on the official website: eapcet.tgche.ac.in starting from February 19, 2026. The TS EAPCET 2026 registration fee is structured based on the specific stream a candidate chooses and their respective social category. For those applying to either the Engineering (E) stream or the Agriculture & Pharmacy (A&P) stream individually, the fee is set at ₹500 for SC, ST, and PH candidates, while all other candidates (General and BC) must pay ₹900.

If an applicant wishes to appear for both the Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy streams, the registration cost increases to ₹1,000 for SC, ST, and PH categories and ₹1,800 for the General and BC categories. Candidates must complete this payment via the official online portal to finalize their application.

TS EAPCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Nationals or PIO/OCI cardholders.
• Domicile: Applicants must belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and satisfy local/non-local status requirements.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with relevant subjects (PCM for Engineering; PCB for Agriculture/Pharmacy).
  • For Engineering/Pharmacy, a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in specified subjects is required.
• Age Limit: Engineering/Pharmacy: Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by December 31, 2026. No upper age limit.
  • Agriculture: Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2026 (Upper age limit of 22-25 years applies for certain courses).

TS EAPCET 2026 Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates must appear for the online entrance exam.
2. Ranking: Merit ranks are assigned based on the marks secured in TG EAPCET 2026.
3. Counseling: Qualified candidates must participate in the Web-based Counseling process for seat allotment in various government and private colleges.

1. Fee Payment: Visit eapcet.tgche.ac.in and click on "Pay Registration Fee."
2. Fill Application: After payment, log in using your Payment Reference ID to fill in personal and academic details.
3. Upload Documents: Upload the scanned photograph and signature according to the specified sizes.
4. Submission: Review all details carefully and click "Submit."
5. Print: Download and print the filled-in application form for future reference.
