Integral Institute of Advanced Management (IIAM), Visakhapatnam Arranged a Seminar Titled 'Choosing the B-school; Check Details Here

New Delhi: A seminar titled '‘Igniting Minds' was organized by Integral Institute of Advanced Management (IIAM) B-School, Visakhapatnam, in Visakhapatnam on ‘Choosing the B-School’ by Virendra Shukla, HR Consultant and Adjunct faculty in Tata Institute of Social Sciences(TISS), Mumbai, on Saturday 21, 2023. 

IIAM organized the 'Igniting Minds' seminar to provide students with the insights and tools they need to make informed choices. Prof. Shukla spoke about “how to choose a B-School”. He especially emphasized the self-reflection in the decision-making process, decision – choices –criteria, reputation and rankings, curriculum and specializations, faculty - intellectual resources, location, alumni network, internship, and job opportunities among other things.

He added, “ What works for one person might not work for another, it’s important to visit schools if you can, talk to current students and faculty, and really get a feel of the environment and culture at each school.” He interacted with the students after the senior was over and clarified their doubts. 

The seminar covered a diverse range of topics, touching on everything from program specializations and faculty credentials to infrastructure and placement opportunities. Satish C. Ailawadi, Director General of IIAM B-School welcomed the gathering.
