What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students and fellow faculty members?

The primary mission is to build positive relationships among industry stakeholders to improve the Institute. Other responsibilities include increasing student employability, improving extra-curricular activities, scheduling guest lectures from industry, and organizing training programs for students. It is important to provide industry with solutions to problems related to machine design and systems. Additionally, it is important to build platforms and projects for research and development.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

People with healthy relationships tend to be more active and engaged in learning in the classroom. It ensured student safety, familiarity, and trust. Healthy relationships make people more likely to be satisfied with their lives and feel happier.

How do you train students for placement?

The college places a strong emphasis on students' employability, effective communication, and personality development. In addition, several workshops, seminars, events, and programs are planned to direct and focus their efforts. We run workshops to teach students how to conduct interviews.

What is your vision for the campus?

I have participated in various activities including social activities, cultural activities, and many other activities. Our organization's purpose is aligned with our vision. Maintaining an atmosphere of high academic, research, and entrepreneurial spirit is essential for all prospective students. We help meet moral and ethical standards and global challenges.

How did the institute prepare students for the industry?

We would like to thank the Principal, Vice-President, Secretary, and President for inspiring the students with various programs such as branch competitions, debate competitions, and cultural sports as part of the annual festival. We regularly organize seminars and workshops for students by experts in the field. Srusti Academy's goal is to ensure that students acquire theoretical knowledge. 

How do you help your student cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

I try to help my students learn as much as possible in class. I always explain the importance of studying a particular subject before delving into the theoretical aspects. Students are given tasks related to the concept and opportunities to apply it. We plan regular practice interviews as well as webinars and seminars with experts in the field. To help students embrace the university's work culture, professors ask students to collaborate with experts as much as possible.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

Students in the modern world are under a lot of pressure to make decisions from parents and their peers. I would advise them to consider their strengths and what they truly want to accomplish in life. A person who enjoys their work, in my opinion, can never fail at it. Set a goal for yourself and work toward achieving it.
