What keeps you connected with the education sector and how has your experience been so far with the institute?
When discussing the education sector, it becomes evident that it plays a crucial role in transforming the youth, which is arguably the most challenging and demanding perspective our country needs right now. This mission is one that every professional should undertake. Our institute was established in 2010 in central India and has experienced rapid growth, both horizontally and vertically. In quantitative terms, the results have been impressive; student admissions are high, and in terms of quality, our alumni speak highly of their experiences. They have showcased excellence in various fields, whether in commerce, management, or humanities. For instance, we have a commerce student who has become a renowned lawyer. We provide wings to our students, teaching them how to fly, and for them, the sky becomes the limit. We prepare them not just for industry readiness, but for life readiness.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
Leadership is, in fact, a process, as every leader has once been a team member. Consequently, they understand where their strengths lie and what areas they feel require attention as employees. Over time, individuals develop leadership qualities, which extend beyond simply delegating tasks and ensuring they are completed, as often emphasized in management studies. True leadership involves being attuned to the challenges that may arise and recognizing the challenges that individuals within the team may face. A leader must exhibit qualities of sympathy and empathy towards their employees, understanding their needs and concerns.
What is the top priority of your institute in the upcoming years?
Recently, we achieved autonomous status, a significant milestone in our journey. Prior to this, we received NAAC accreditation with an A-Grade rating. The collective effort of the director, principal, faculty, staff, and students has been commendable; together, we have tirelessly worked toward our goals. Our growth, both vertically and horizontally, stands as a benchmark of our progress. However, our aspirations extend beyond mere accreditation. Our mission centers on transformation, not only in academics but also in the holistic development of our students. In line with this vision, our curriculum, while incorporating standards set by the Department of Higher Education, embraces various skill-based and vocational courses. We continuously strive to enrich the educational experience for our students. Additionally, we have introduced MBA programs in different specializations, affiliated with the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and AICTE New Delhi. The MBA program offers specializations in IT, production and operations, finance, HR, marketing, and business analytics, catering to the evolving demands of the industry. Our focus remains on uplifting the overall personality of our students, preparing them for diverse career paths, including those beyond traditional employment. We understand that not all students will pursue conventional jobs; some may choose to be homemakers. Therefore, we emphasize the enhancement of their personality in every aspect, recognizing the importance of their tender age and psychological well-being in their overall development.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students and your institute?
Roles and responsibilities are indeed diversified. A single person cannot bring about change; he or she can only be a guiding light. And if everyone in the team follows that light, its impact will spread further. The leaders of the institute uphold the mission and vision set at its inception. However, these ideals branch out into various fields. In every domain, including sports and cultural events, we strive to incorporate elements that contribute to our mission. Each activity we undertake has something valuable to teach our students. We also consider students as part of our family.
What is the vision and mission of your institute?
I would say that our mission and vision extend beyond merely the student experience but encompass a broader perspective. Our mission revolves around transformation and embracing the world as one family. Consequently, the concept of brotherhood is intricately linked with team building to foster unity among students. Regardless of department or class, students come together to undertake various tasks, duties, and even significant responsibilities, such as organizing major programs. Previously, our faculty members were primarily responsible for overseeing these programs. However, we have since shifted the responsibility to the students themselves, and we are witnessing notable changes as a result.
How does the curriculum of your institute ensure best practices?
As I mentioned, the curriculum exists in textual form, but we need to find a way to make it applicable to students' overall development. Therefore, although the curriculum primarily focuses on prescribed books, we have incorporated various skill-based and vocational courses as add-on certifications. These certifications are strategically planned to ensure the best practices for overall development are achieved.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?
When students enter higher education after completing their class 12, they often envision college as a place where they can freely explore various avenues. However, discipline is an inevitable part of this academic journey, and indeed, essential for success in life. Therefore, the rules and regulations in place may not always be light, but they are necessary. This institute is a blend of expectations. Thus, an institute like this serves a crucial purpose during this transitional phase of life, where a blend of structure and freedom is essential for personal and academic growth.
