What inspired and excited you to join the KLH Global Business School?
The KLH Global Business School was founded under the leadership of our President Shri Koneru Satyainarayana and Vice President Shri Koneru Havish, who had the vision of providing best quality education to society’s young and aspiring students by giving special emphasis on research and innovation. Hence I would say that the educational policies adopted by the college, its approach of delivering knowledge to students and alignment of its teaching methodologies in accordance with developments, trends and requirements of business world are the major aspects which sets it apart from other educational institutions and are also the factors of why I joined KLH GBS. Last but not the least, inculcating best ethical values in students through academic excellence is the prime objective of the institution.
Being an In-Charge of the institution, how do you balance the academic and other needs of faculty, students and administration members?
I strongly believe that when our vision is clear, it is not difficult to balance the requirements of associated stakeholders including students, teaching staff, research fraternity, industry partners along with peer institutions. Because we can then give our complete attention and focus on designated tasks. And as an In-charge of the institution, I know it very clearly that prime objective of KLH GBS is to provide quality education to enhance employability of students and transform them into Job Givers and not Job Seekers and ensure a perfect working ambiance for administrators and teachers, hence I never leave any opportunity unturned which can help them to learn and grow on both personal and professional level.
Apart from this, we have developed a community that works towards a common cause of creating future Entrepreneurs and creating global citizens who would not only work for their success but for the well-being of the whole world.
What makes KLH Global Business School unique and different from other educational institutions?
In my opinion, the perfect amalgamation which our institution has maintained between academics, practical exposure and globalization for its programs to drive amazing outcomes makes it different and unique as compared to others. And apart from regular ones, the college offers several immersion programs, which have been developed keeping in mind the local, regional and global requirements and standards in order to enhance students' competitiveness and enable them to present themselves on a global stage. In other terms, I would say that our college has adopted an inclusive and holistic approach to deliver knowledge to students and make them ready for the dynamic and cut-throat competitive world so that they can understand issues on grassroot level and provide innovative solutions for the same.
How do you develop the curriculum of your college to make it more flexible and industry oriented?
The curriculum of our college is developed and updated on a regular basis in collaboration with industry experts and eminent academicians of the educational world so that their suggestions and feedback can be thoroughly considered and included in the curriculum in the form of new programs. We also consult young Entrepreneurs and students as and when needed to streamline the latest corporate trends and business world developments in the form of new processes and educational policies.

What kind of opportunities does your college provide to students for live projects, training, and placements?
We have a dedicated Training and Placement Cell which is headed by Dr. Ramakrishna Garu and this cell works dedicatedly all around the year to bridge the gaps between students' skills and industry demands, make them corporate ready and organize events and activities like guest lectures, workshops, summer internships program, mock interviews, placement specific training sessions and skills enhancement programs from time to time. Also, we have made apprenticeships compulsory for all students
Along with this, the curriculum of our college is prepared with the help of national and international level corporate practitioners and we have maintained strong tie-ups with many universities to engage and interact with experts to draft our policies and practices in accordance with today’s business world demands. Last but not the least, an Incubation Center has been established on campus and this Center directly works with renowned organizations and industries Boards which is led by very capable people and this in return benefits us in all aspects.
In your opinion, what benefits can students get from studying here in your college?
I want to rest assure our students who want to pursue any Bachelor or Master program from our college in the discipline of Business Management that they will be taught using a well-rounded and holistic curriculum which not only incorporates employability aspects but also includes enough arrangements for research and innovation. We have also given full freedom to our existing students to experiment with their unique ideas and implement the solutions for real world use cases under the supervision of our highly educated and experienced mentors.
In addition to this, students are exposed to global platforms from time to time to educate them about how an industry actually functions and what skills they need to develop to sustain there. Last but not the least, we give special emphasis on improving professional ethics and leadership skills of our young minds, for which we organize leadership programs as and when needed. In other terms, I would say that KLH GBS is the perfect place for you to pursue your dreams and fly high.
What kind of challenges have you observed being in the position of incharge and how do you address them?
I believe every profession and position brings with it a different set of challenges and hurdles because it involves the fulfillment of everyone’s needs through effective and timely use of available resources. But as I have already mentioned that when one’s vision is clear, no vision seems unachievable. And if I have to explicitly define the hurdles which I usually face being the Incharge of the institution is to keep pace with ever changing dynamics of the business world through rigorous research, but this I believe is also an advantage for us in some ways as ever changing dynamics of business management pushes us address and reorient our focus as well as resources.
Also, we as an educational institution have adopted amazing futuristic policies and we strongly feel that we are matching our steps with the world order.
What kind of support and assistance does your institute provide to students for Entrepreneurship and Innovation?
Our college has established an Incubation Center where budding Entrepreneurs are taught using the best facilities, policies and environment from day one so that they can easily implement their viable business ideas into prototypes and real-world products. Training sessions are arranged by us for them from time to time so that they can understand and develop a business plan for them and we either seek funds from soliciting investors or invest for student projects so that required infra and resources can be provided to them on time.
Other than all this, various phases of business development are simulated and brought to the student community through our incubation center which has a proper curriculum and where students are guided towards the right path by expert mentors. Hence I would say that enough arrangements and opportunities are available for future leaders and Entrepreneurs on campus to learn, research and innovate.
Being an In-Charge of the KLH GBS, how do you believe the college is going to evolve and develop in coming years?
Our college has been founded with a strong and futuristic vision and I believe this is just the beginning as we still have a lot to explore and a lot to achieve in this dynamic and challenging world of education. And in my opinion, in the coming 5 years, our Global Business School with all its intrinsic values would emerge as a Contributor on a global level for new world order and future professionals, leaders and business tycoons. Also, the contribution of our teachers would be immense in this and they are for sure gonna act as Path Breakers and Thought Leaders.
