How does the curriculum of Akhil Bharti College ensure the best practice of industry?

As a Pharmacy college, we provide the best practical labs and equipment to the students because they will learn easily while doing practicals at the same time. We provide a library to the students because books are very costly, and the library saves a lot of money as students come from different backgrounds. We have smart classes that help the students to learn and grasp things as quickly as possible. We also provide wifi facilities to the students as India is moving towards the digital era, so should we, and it helps them learn things online also. We also provide bus facilities to the students because they come from different parts of Bhopal.

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

As you can see, our university is far and away from the main city, but there are still students from different backgrounds, whether they are from a nearby village or a new market. We welcome every student equally, as India is a diverse country. I love this diversity, and there is no scope for discrimination and partiality.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the College and the students are?

As the Chairman of this College, my role is to look after everything from admissions to providing them with guidance and knowledge, as there are fewer faculties available in this college. As a Ph.D. student, I know the Importance of education, so I educate and help the students as much as possible so that they can have a prosperous future ahead.

What would you like people to know about your university they may not know?

We provide various extracurricular activities, such as English classes, as the majority of the students come from Hindi-medium schools, so learning English will help them in the future. We also provide personality development sessions for the students. Recently, we did an Online Webinar on Entrepreneurship and how it will be beneficial for them in the future. All these are not provided by the nearby colleges, as we are in the green zone of Bhopal, where there are more natural resources available than humans, as well as the nature of the college, which makes it the most eco-friendly college in the whole Bhopal region.

What is your college’s greatest strengths?

Our greatest strengths are that we provide facilities in this region as it is far from the city it becomes difficult to provide various facilities but still we have the calibre & desire to help students as much as possible we also provide internships to the students of our college as Internships play a major role in students career development, we provide Internships according to their domain, as well as we also provide Industrial visits when needed.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Akhil Bharti College Of Pharmacy?

The biggest challenges in higher education are the lack of facilities, and teachers and professors, as they are the bridge between students and their careers. If they get proper guidance and knowledge, students can hit the bull's eye in no time. As for our college, we lack the same things as I have said earlier, as well as a focus on the student. If they have proper focus, they can achieve anything.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

A person should have a clear goal in their life, as it plays an important role in building their future as a youth. With a clear goal, one can achieve anything in their life. One should focus on their goal and enjoy it as well at the same time because money can be earned but time can't, so one should respect the time as well for a better life ahead.

Being the Chairman of Akhil Bharti College, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

As of now, we haven't done any marketing for our college as it is a small college in a rural area, and our main focus is to provide education to the needed individuals as well as to those who want to see their career in pharmacy. We are aiming to increase our Infrastructure as well as our faculty as it plays a vital role in marketing a college.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

Our future goal is to become one of the best brands, providing the best education to the students and providing them with the best practical knowledge because, as a pharmacy student, you have to do more and more practicals so that you can understand things easily so that they can stand on their feet without relying on anyone.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in Akhil Bharti College of Pharmacy?

We create healthy relationships in our college by simply having friendly relationships with the students. If you involve the students and help them as their friends in building their future as well as encouraging them as friends, it works better than the one who is giving them orders, as it creates hassle in their minds and they will not do what you want to have a greater life.
