Being the principal of pharmacy college, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

For me to guide, to serve the individual and a team to achieve the goal. My philosophy of leadership is nothing but to serve others. I try to help my staff to achieve their goals, I help the staff who are the pillar of my principal's journey to find their passion.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practice of industry?

Our curriculum is design by the pharmacy council of India, all diploma colleges like D.pharm and B.pharm colleges have the same curriculum and as per the industry standards. Also, we focus on faculty training, development to keep them updated towards the internet toward the new generation.

Any insights into how your college could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

BCYRC believes in diversity and we respect all the student's economical background and we provide them scholarships as per the government norms. And the main thing is that we not only invite students of different backgrounds but also, we give the chance to each and every economical background teacher. In order for universities to effectively address issues of racism, prejudice, and bias, they must actively promote an inclusive campus climate. To promote understanding and develop a more accepting workplace, awareness campaigns, workshops, and required diversity training for teachers, staff, and students can be implemented. Promoting inclusion requires taking crucial actions like fostering open communication and supporting interactions between people from various backgrounds.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the College and the students are?

As a principal my role and responsibilities toward my students are to serve them best what they deserve as a student not as in the form of academics but also the industry point of view. I always believe my students are among the top students in India. And I work and try my best to give them a chance to take part in the curriculum activities apart from the college campus activities. I believe that for every student not only the academics which is important but the social non-academic activities are also important.

When you first came to Pharmacy College, what was your vision for the university?

My vision is to make this college as India's best college and the vision according to the student is to provide them a 100% placement so that after completing 4 years of D.pharm Or B.pharma, they just believe in their dreams. Or else they are going for higher education in the best university.

What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?

KDK College of Pharma in this region is one of the known institutes of diploma and it is lasting from the last 22 years and it is known for the discipline which is the key point of this college that everyone should know about this. And apart from this the pharmacy college is the heart of the city which is the best part of this so because of this many girls who have restrictions to go out of Nagpur region or having a problem of travelling can take admission in the college and make a great career.

What are your college’s greatest strengths?

Our greatest strength is that we have one of the best faculties, who have 22 years of experience or more. We give a chance to the new generation to connect with us so we hire teaching staff who are young and have an inspiring vision. Apart from that we are the best in the region. I have already mentioned that we are in the heart of the city, which is our greatest strength.

What makes your college different from the other colleges?

Our college is different from other colleges as we are disciplined, we are in the heart of the city (locality), we offer more opportunities to the girls, we also offer great placement to students.
