- The University is very diverse as there are students coming from all around the word.
- Also, the respect they give to every religion and celebrate all their festivals which makes international students feel like home.
Dislikes
- I was a graduate student, and felt a bit disconnect with the undergrads as their union is different and organizes different events in which grad students are not allowed which results in lack of networking between juniors and seniors.

- For my specific program, there were no scholarships available at the time I applied. I looked into the various funding options offered by the university, but none of them applied to my program or eligibility criteria.
- As a result, I had to rely on personal savings and other financial resources to support my studies.

- Professors are real good, they have real world knowledge like some of them are part time, they work in MNC's, some are from University of Waterloo.
- Access to wide range of tools, systems through the university.
- All the facilities, like gym, swimming, pool, student union floor, cafeteria, sports, etc.
Dislikes
- Paid Parking for students as well.
- There are a few foreign professors, who don't really speak or understand english that well, and it creates a communication gap with them.
- Housing is very expensive if you go through the university.

- There is only 1 or 2 scholarships for international students; that is all I know about scholarships. I didn't receive any nor any of my friends. But most of them are for Canadians or Indigenous people.

- Course selection is bad.
- The department of my program is not that helpful.
- 2-3 courses are online which does not make sense.

- I did not myself receive any scholarships for this course but I know 3 of my batchmates who did received it, but they received it because they chose to pursue the thesis based program of the Master's degree whereas I chose the coursework option.
- From my knowledge, 1 of those students had his whole tuition fee paid, and the other two received somewhere between $4000-$6000 CAD per term.

Because it had a small campus and a community feel. I enjoyed the feel of the campus when I was researching it. Additionally, this was one of the few universities in Canada where they did offer a co-op program to art students.

It was one of the only options for me to take Kinesiology because in high school I didn't take advanced math or chemistry. I have always loved the school because my older sister studies here as well, so when I got accepted it was an easy decision.

I received OSAP which is through an ontario. The process includes filling out a form about where you live, what school you are going to and how much money your parents make. After that, they estimate how much money you will receive and then in the first semester of school you get half of it and the next semester you get the other half.
