I got admission through management quota, on the basis of my 12th percentages. They take admissions on merit basis for the 15 percent seats reserved for management according to the norms of UPTU. Forms are taken above 80% aggregate in PCM.

UPTU was the exam that i took and i scored 23000 rank in that exam. Although i didn't get the admission through my rank. AKGEC is a well known and reputed college and at the time of my admission, its image was at its peak.

I got a general rank 10756 in UPSEE 2015. The entrance examination for degree level engineering institutions and other professional colleges has been assigned to Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.

I got admission here by applying for uttar pradesh joint entrance examination.I opted for this college because it was the top college of my time to get admitted in 2007. College infrastructure is very interesting.

College management is strict and no student union exists. This is bad. The final whole sole decision lies in hands of management.

UPSEE- Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam ranked- 4739 i opted this college as it has a great infrastructure, great facilities, very good placement and good faculties.

Earlier the college was well known for the discipline but from past years it is losing its reputation. Besides that the college is extremely good for the higher education. Also the placement is good and the average package is around 3.6 lacs which is good.The environment is extra ordinary with an award winning infrastructure.

The college experience at ajay kumar garg engineering college was legendary. It made me a new better person,which is skilled and technologically efficient. College management is very helpful and east to talk to. There are proper classes which students need to attend they had to maintain proper attendance to qualify to appear in final exams. So its a good college where any student can groom as person.

UPSEE, I scored 2000 rank in Uttar Pradesh. I chosed this college because it is the best college for academic just behind just 2 government colleges.

Overall AKGEC is a good and reputed college in NCRegion and UPTU. A very effective administration and discipline among students.Placement is not very satisfying and so are the faculty members.
