Life Of The Student at Bharati Vidyapeeth College Of Engineering, Pune

Faculty:

So for every subject that we have there is one teacher that is great in teaching that subject. so for every one teacher there are 60-68 students in total. The relationship between the faculty and the students is very good and with a proper discipline. Its because they are very helpful to us throughout our classes and also during our exams they are very helpful and always there for us. There are a few faculty members who are not that much of liking because they don't understand the problems of the students. They think that its easy for them but it might not be easy for the students who are learning about it. There are total four types of exam. There are 2 unit tests for every subject. Then around the last 2 semesters there are practical exams and then at last the end semester exams which are of 60 marks. Almost all the students pass the exam except for 2-3 students who perform very poorly.

Overall faculties are good and helpful.its just like that if you treat them nicely they will also treat you nicely and will help you in best possible way they can .talking about the course structure is that course structure is good like it is industry oriented and is overall quality is good they recently upgraded their course too so no problem about the course structure.talking about the exam system overall 2 UTs are conducted in a sem and final end sem exam with practical exam for certain subjects.talking about the marking scheme for the course is like 20 marks are for the UTs 20 marks for project based learning that means internal 40 marks and 60 marks for end sem exam that is overall marking scheme

The faculties of our college are truly helpful and very supportive in terms of studies. Their teaching methods are also understandable and good. They do take efforts for the students. The exams are of moderate to hard level. Only 2-3 students fail on an average

My course is computer engineering and I am right now in 1st year .. the faculty is good overall but some teacher teaching style is actually do unique that its hard to understand.overall all my teachers are good and nice and always try to help every student. As of in my class there are 60 students and we have 5 theory subject and 5 practical subject and for practical subject in each class there is batch of 20 students that have practical together.so one of my physics teacher is very nice and her name is dr vaishale mane .she is very good teacher and very kind to every student. So the exams pattern is something I dislike as it becomes very hectic for us . Like in every semester u have to give twice ut and then practical exam and also pbl and then term exam so it becomes very hectic for us ..

Language barriers: most of time facilities communicate in Hindi and English but often use maharathi language which we totally don't get

Teachers are so supportive, they help in every condition.

The faculty members are too supportive, they help each of the student individual. They focus on core basic of the students. Also teachers are well educated here and also provides various other opportunities that can help students.

My best college memories

On ever 10-12 students there is one facultu as in final year project we have to make a group of three Person and have a guide to help in research and project and every faculty is mthech and some of them are PhD and some are persuing.
