BIT Durg Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I took PET entrance exam, that time in mp very few engineering colleges was available.and after passing out the entrance test i got the admission in this college.

CG- PET. Don't remember the score now. BIT was and is the top-most engineering college in Chhattisgarh and IT was at its boom.

As it's the first private college of central India and also one of the topmost college of chhattisgarh so I decided to begin my dream journey from here.

Its ok it also depends on you your performance in campus interview in our college there is 40 % placement as companies are few to come over here.

CGPET , I don't remember my score but I was given a choice between computer science and electrical engineering with my score and the college (This was the only best college after REC raipur) and I choose electrical because for me computer was easy course.

Went through aieee, scored 165 marks got the admission in third round of admission process. Although I got IT branch in the first year I got sliding in electrical and electronics engineering branch in second year.

We have attend the class regularly college environment was very good.

The exam that i give for selected in college is chhattisgarh pre engineering test. I get rank 3400 in state level, and i take this college because bit is topmost college of chhattisgarh.

The college some times can't take every decision of own as its affiliated to university and the decision making power of courses and various things are dependent on university.

The college management is not sufficient enough. The students and alumni play a crucial role in placement and also it restricts students freedom hampering their potentials to some extent. There are relatively less companies as the repo of college is concerned.
