Here are friendly environment with professor to students.
It is in peace area studies environment are very well

Many students are placed from college and little from off campus placement The highest oackayof collyis 50LPA from computer science branch. Companies which are visiting in BIT Sindri Google, Microsoft, Vedanta,Tata atc

Quite impressive

Likes

I liked the alumni network of this college which provides great opportunity to get to know them.
The beauty of this college, this college is filled with greenery.
The bonding between seniors and juniors .

Dislikes

Infrastructure could be developed muc h better.
No good connectivity to college as it is located 20km away from main city dhanbad.
The average package of this college should increase.

Placement Experience:

Being the oldest college of this state this college should have pretty decent placement but that is not in reality. The average package ranges from 6 to 8 lakh per annum. But because of the alumni network, about 50 to 60 companies visit for placement. Almost 95% student gets placed in the college. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate world.

Reality of BIT SINDRI

Likes

The greeny campus of the college and many trees.
The pollution free environment and it is also separated from the main city and about no sound pollution also exist.
The supportive behaviour of the faculty and seniors who help you in your every worst situation.

Dislikes

There don't exist any refreshment shop near the hostel.
Many shops also don't deliver the things at the hostel.
There also exists many restrictions for the freshers not to go some places.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement and about 40-50 companies visit the campus every year for the placement and about 1-2 offers made to each student who deserve. Highest package offered in our campus is Rs50LPA and average package offered by each company is about 6LPA and about 90% students get placed every year. My plan is to get a good package in a well reputed company and work their at my best and do some research.

I liked the central library of our college.
I like the environment of my college . there are more than 450 acre of land mass
there is no ragging in our college. seniors are too supportive.

Dislikes

there are less girls boys ratio here in our campous.

Placement Experience:

sixth semester student are eligible for campus placements.There a lot of big companies visited in our college campus like tata, vedanta.The highest package 50 lakh and the average package is 6.7 lakh. there are more than 90 percente student get placeed

Reality Of BIT

Likes

The class and the study environment present in our college in the classes.
The greeny campus as it's so good for our health. It separates us from the pollution environment of the city.
The condition of the department of the some branches are so nice and also greeny and so much supportive seniors.

Dislikes

The campus doesn't have much shops for some refreshments near hostel.
Seniors' introduction taking anywhere and also some restriction for going some places.
Some faculty members also talk rudely and also not co-operate with students.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester you will be eligible for placements and before that you can also try for off campus and go for PPOs and can also do various internship provided by the college. About 95% of the students get placed . My plan is to get a good placement. And the highest package offered in our campus is Rs50LPA and average is of Rs6.5LPA.

Likes

Academic fees which is very less also the quality of education and living is affordable totally ROI
Forests , Nature inside campus is wonderful.
Lots of clubs are there to entertain and make chill and boost our knowledge and confidence in all the fields.

Dislikes

Mess fee is very much per month and quality is average.
Seniors are very strict and some are loafers also ragging happens sometimes.
First is not allowed at some places like main gate(MG), Tiger road, and some more other places.

Placement Experience:

4th semester eligible for placements. Lots of companies like tata, Wipro , samsung , adani etc. visits here Highest offcampus placement was 50 lakh and on campus is not much but depends expect around 10-20 lakhs.

Likes

course fee are very less with respect to the placement
percentage of placement of our branch is about 90 to 95%(mechanical)
faculties are very collaborative with students

Dislikes

campus life are not soo good due to old infrastructure
electricity cuts are every day more in summer season
senior to junior interaction are not soo good

Course Curriculum Overview:

i take the course on the basis of rank in jee mains faculties are enough for students most of the faculties are phd holders from iits or our same collage bit sindri since the exam is conducted by jut so the exams are not conducted in time it is easy to pass the collage exams

BIT SINDRI REVIEW

Likes

The campus is very big and the greenry is everywhere
There are different departments and each has its own faculty.
The faculty are very helping and can be approached anytime.

Dislikes

There is very less enjoyment fascilities
The grounds are restricted for 1st year students
The lecture halls are really far from the hostels.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for campus placements after the 5th semester. There are a total of 900 offers made for a batch of 720 students and 100% placement offered by 50+ companies. My plan is to get on placement campus.

College friends, infrastructure, facilities, neat and clean environment inside campus

Dislikes

Inside campus jungle is surrounded and there fox like animals used to disturb us in night time

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students become eligible for internship and some of them get ppos from companies like tata steel and in final year students get placed. Companies like tata steel , adani , jsw, Google , Amazon etc recruit student. Highest Google 44 lakh and average adani 6 lakh . More than 70 percentage placement rate. My plan after getting degree is to crack upsc exam.

Truth of Bit sindri

Likes

The area of the campus which is very large for the proper infrastructure
Each department is fully equipped with proper machines
The proper way of teaching of faculty members

Dislikes

The rules and regulations made by the seniors
The management department is very poor in our campus
There is no proper facility of drinking water

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for the on campus placements. Vedanta unacademy Tata and many more companies visited for placements highest package is 44.5 lpa and average package is 7-8 lpa .

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
