Placement Experience:

In our college the placement of bit Sindri which is 100% percent eligibility of sitting in campus placement for a student is after 6 semesters and in our branch there is 85% of students get placed.

Placement Experience:

The quality of placements is quite good. Metallurgy branch has the highest placement approx 98%. Rest branches lie in 80-95% The highest package is offered by Tata Steel to the students of the Electrical, Mechanical, ECE and Metallurgy branch. The average package is 3-4 lacs per annum. Overall the placement is good in terms of fee structure.

Birsa Institute Of Technology has big campus.
Birsa Institute Of Technology is evergreen.
Birsa Institute Of Technology professors are well qualified.

Birsa Institute Of Technology infrastructures
In lab all lab experiment tools are very old
In workshop all the machines are old and some are not in working condition

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students can sit for placement and one should have more than 7.5 cgpa as the average for its eligibility. There are so many companies visiting here to hire and also for internships for the students.

Seniors ar helpful.Alumnis are all over the world they can give us refral .
Campus is huge and full of greenery, LIbrary is also there.
No ragging is there in the college .Faculties are great.

Dislikes

Campus can be made more beautiful and clean.
Our campus is open had it been closed it would be great.
Assigments are never ending but can't help.

Placement Experience:

Good placement avg 400000LPA and highest 4400000LPA.From 2nd and 3 RD start looking for jobs, internships, VT. We get offers from TATA Steel, TATA Inspire, Jindal, Amazon, Samsung, etc. about 90% get placed and the rest go for higher studies.

All about the College

Likes

It has big campus, and a good campus life you can see so much of nature things inside the campus.
Here's fee structure is not high so a low middle class family also can afford.
Placement is good approx all has get placed with some packages.

Dislikes

Some things in campus needs more arrangements to maintain like the trees and herbs it should be maintained like a garden.
Placement is good here but some of them gets low packages, that I think to be changed but this is done by the students and TAP cells, both, effort.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, I'll tell you that this is not my choice I've taken it because this is the best branch I've got in such a percentile of 91. Also, I want to mention that in spite of not being my choice, I'll do my best in this. The faculty-student ratio is good as it can manage all the things. They also have good technique.

I like placements of mining branch which is 100%
I like the hostel facility and affordability.
I like the support of faculty members.

Placement Experience:

There is 100% placement in the mining branch. Also there a several PSU options through Gate. In 2022 21 mining students got a package of 16 lakhs per annum. companies like Vedanta, jaw, and Acc are major companies that come to college.

A green campus, such a peaceful campus which is important to stay for long here for a healthy life.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester. Amazon, Siemens, Patym, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, Tata Steel, Vedanta etc, The highest package is 40LPA and the average is 7LPA. Almost 90% placement is done not having the exact data now but the placement is very good in BIT Sindri.

Tech fest and various events organised every year
Clubs and societies from which we develop new skills.
The college has a nice campus area and nice environment.

Dislikes

Mess fees are a big problem as the foods is not healthy and good as per the cost
Assignment are given in large amount which is hectic for students sometimes.

The campus has good placements. Students who are studying in their final year are eligible for campus placements. Various companies visits here such as Tata, Byjus, Vedanta, etc. The average package here is around 3-4 lakh annually. The percentage of students getting placements here is around 60-70%.

After 5th semester you are eligible for placement there is a large no of companies visit like Deloitte samsung amazon, tata motors , tcs etc In Cse or IT there is a 90 percent placement rate with an average of 6.5 lpa

The college Professor are very good. They always help you in all activity.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in the college. After 6th semester or after 3rd year companies are arriving in the college and you are eligible for campus placement. The average package of BIT SINDRI is 6 lakh per annum. The highest package is 44 Lakh in 2021-2022 (campus). And the highest package is 16 lakh per annum On campus and 50 lakh per annum Off campus. The companies visiting colleges are Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Google, Tata steel, Zindal, vedanta etc.

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
