Course Curriculum Overview:

All the teachers and faculty are too good and supportive and the teaching experience was awesome and having a good knowledgeable teacher. I thought that if any student gives their 100 percent focus they don't need any couching to crash compitaive exams.

BIT Sindri- Top State government college of Jharkhand.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement in our college is good and it is improving day by day. Students are eligible for campus placement from 6th semester. Many companies visit the campus. Some of these companies are- Amazon,Samsung,Tata steel,Tata power, Cognizant, Wipro,TCS,Tech Mahindra, Yamaha, Deloitte,L&T, Aditya Birla group, Vedanta,etc. In CSE & IT branch there are 95-100% placements. Core branches also have a good placement percentage. Highest placement in 2021 is 28 L.p.a by Google (off-campus) & 14 L.p.a to 11 students by Samsung (on-campus) & 10-11 L.p.a by Tata Steel (on-campus) Lowest package is 4 L.p.a by TCS. Many students who are interested in research also opt in various competitive exams like GATE, GRE,etc & a no. of students from BIT qualify in these examinations.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good but not extraordinary Out of 700 student nearly 450 get to be placed in final year itself There are many good core company coming to the instute such as l&t , vedenta and other companies too such as Infosys ,tata,tcs, and many other too.

Placement Experience:

Placement is very nice in this college. Some students get PPO in the 3rd year. Placement gets started in the 4th year ( 7th semester). Many companies visit our college like tata, Aditya Birla group, Samsung, Google, etc. The highest package is 28 lakh in the year 2022 and the lowest package is 3 lakh. The placement percentage is almost 80 to 90 % overall. After getting the degree one can opt for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

After 5-semester students are eligible for campus selection, Companies like TCS, Wipro, Tata, Maruti, Mahindra , Capgemini visit campus, the highest package offered this year is 45 lakhs by amazon, approx 56 percent of students got placed, I want to prepare for civil services after my degree.

It has decent placements, and huge campus but old infrastructure and equipment, poor opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Placement offers at BIT Sindri were not upto the mark earlier, but since 2020, it has improved quite a lot and is going to improve further more. In production, the highest package offered this year was 8.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 3.5 LPA. Out of 50 students, 36 students got placed with an average package of 4 LPA, which is not that good but decent. Top companies like Wipro, TCS, TATA, etc., offer placements to students in the production branch.

How a good BIT sindri

Placement Experience:

In 7th-semester placement starts. In my branch 80% placement. In cs, it more than 95% of students are placed. Company names are TSC, Wipro, cognizant (3.5 CTC) amazon (23 CTC) Samsung, L&T, tata steel, Viraj.

College criteria for all student

Placement Experience:

After sem 6, students become eligible for campus placements. There were many renowned compaies like Tata, Birla, Samsung, Delloite, etc. who hire the students from our college. Till now more than 60% of our batch students (final year) are placed. Highest package is of Amazon 32 lakhs.

Placements are pretty good and good offers also. Some popular recruiting companies in the campus are TCS, IBM, Tata Steel, JSW etc. The top salary always will be above INR 10 LPA. The average salary range is INR 4-6 LPA.

Bit sindri placement is not very good it is almost good .In 2020 placement ratio was around 70-80% The highest package is 13LPA and average package offered is 6LPA. I hear All information technology branch students get placed in this year.

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
