Placement Experience:

The placements are standard ranging around 300000, but I believe placement is all about the skills of the student. The college does help you in placement, they also give a letter of recommendation for internships but in the end it depends on how skilled the student is.

Campus placement is Great and the college also offers many internships in different fields as per the students interests and need . Percentage of students getting placed is in the range of 70% to 80% . My plans after getting a degree is to pursue for CA course

Khaksa College ki Duniya.

Placement is given by the college itself for every course. Minimum package is average 15000 to 70000. After 6th semester student is eligibile for getting placement from the college . 20-30% of students get placement from the college . I will do CA after this BCOM degree.

After 3rd year only students get eligible for internships and even some companies come in 1st year as well, if you crack the interview you can go for the job in 1st year as well. 80 out of 100% of Students get placements here

Guru nanak khalsa college

From the fifth semester, students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Infosys, tata, and many other companies visited the college. 25 % can students gets campus placement. I don't want to go for campus placement because I want to become CS so I focus on my further studies.

Review for People looking to choose Khalsa College

From Sem 5 students become eligible for campus placements before that you can do internships. Some Well known and some new companies visit the colleges for placements this makes it good for the students who couldn't make it in well known companies. Almost 50 to 60 percent of students are getting placements.

No placements are given to bsc students from clg . Placement from the campus facility is only available for bsc IT or management students. for IT student placement is given with a min. Package of 25000/ . After completion of BSc microbiology, one can go for jobs like lab technicians in pathology labs after some kind of internship but there is no assurity of stability of this job soo it would be a better option to go for MSc rather than looking for a job. Bcoz the greater the degree there will be more stability in our job. Doing MSc in micro or in food technology will automatically open up more doors of great opportunity.

Internships Opportunities:

There are monthly camp set-ups at the university for different departments with internship opportunities & volunteering with the NGOs for courses like zoology. I had a great time volunteering at cats care progroam at maheshwari udyan, it gave me experience in animal care & behaviour field.

The internship program starts from Third year in my college. The college brings companies and seniors to pick the skill full students which gets internships. They make us to solve real life case studies to get higher chances to get the internships.
