Well worth the journey!

Faculty:

The faculty-to-student ratio was 50/15, the faculty members were helpful, friendly, knowledgable & accessible for doubt clearance towards students. I particularly liked Ms. Deepti Despande, she was senior professor who really went out of the way to help me with my project during zoo fest. There wasn't particularly any faculty i did not like as everyone did a great job on their own modules. There were total of 4 exams in a year which included 2 tests & 2 semester exams. As, per the last year data out of 20 students who did major in zoology 2 failed but rest passed with good grades.

Assignment are given to develop skills on the basis of intrest not just focused on bookish knowledge

So I genuinely liked one of our faculty member moksha ma'am. She is a true defination of teacher like if we want some idea she always have. Manjiri ma'am is someone who always make us learn and be engaged by her creativity she shows while teaching. I feel like sayali ma'am our HOD is also good but she needs to learn some lessons for her mental health because whenever she comes in class her anger is always in peak. May be because of responsibilities she have but still we are her students not something where she can get rid of her anger and express her anger because even we go through alot they know nothing about. Others are all fine okay okay teachers but I still like sayali ma'am because she knows how to make everyone in the class listen..

My college

The faculty is supportive and approachable always help us whenever you we need.

Dislikes

There is no practical approach for teaching. I mean they give the information about practical world but, if we will visit the palaces than that will be more helpful.

The faculty is is too approachable always help us whenever we need. Our relation from many of the faculty is like we are friends. I like moksha ma'am and Pratham sir as they are too young and whenever we communicate with them it fills like we are friends. I don't like Sameer sir's teaching style as he just came teached and went back. There is no communication between Sameer sir and students. There is 8 exam's and I don't think so that they are easy or difficult. If we are attending lectures daily than we will pass and those students who don't attend they fail.

Khalsa college update

Faculty is quite interactive they would engage alot

There were 6 teachers and 120 students. The professors were great they were interactive and relationship with students was great. All the IT faculties are good There are 6 sem and 10 exams in each semester There were many students who failed more than 50 percent

Well in first year every student have common subjects and then in second year the students have to choose specialisation whichever they want to it's Marketing, Human Resource, Finance after choosing the stream batch get divided by that and ratio in male to female can 5:3 and for the core subjects faculty is there but for the most of the subject they have have outside Faculty

A Candid review of Guru Nanak Khalsa College

The thing I dislike about the college are the faculty members mostly the teaching staff where the discourage you and instead of encouraging you they don't you telling you that you can't do better.
So if you have a hard time taking insults or you can't stand up to be en bullet by your teachers please don't choose this college.
From my personal experience to zoology department and botany department are the worst. And I have also heard from my friend birthday faculty teachers from microbiology are also not that good.

The faculty to student ratio is actually good there are many teachers that teacher different sections in the particular subject. Faculties are very much approachable but they don't keep you as your first priority instead you have to keep running behind them if you want something from them otherwise they don't listen to you. There are also some teacher that will insult you and degrade you on small things. And this is me saying regarding my department but are HOD doesn't listen to what we have to say and only exert her authority on us. She will taunt you and insult you on a daily basis. She will also try to instigate you again and again and when you lash out she will make sure that your parents are call and then will also Insult you in front of them. This kind of behaviour doesn't suit teachers who are meant to teach you not discourage you from learning. And I'm only giving 1star because of some good members that are still hopeful.

G. N. Khalsa College of Commerce review

The college timings are not good, they will call you anytime to attend lectures and that too on short notice.

The faculty is really good and professional, very friendly and helping, they talk with you like friends group, the teaching methods are also great with less written notes and more focus on presentations and practicals. The exams are also easy-moderate.

There are many faculty in our college so there is no problem about faculties they are well trained to how to deal with every student and how to manage study with fun . I liked ismeen miss she is our chemistry faculty she really helped me toh top in chemistry and clear all my doubts l.there is a sir named govind sir he is always rude and shout at Student,there are 4 exams two unit and two semesters and most of the students pass the exam because it always from textbook but few students fails .

Best college review

The ratio of students is more , and I am a finance student and I am doing a bachelor of finance market , the college of finance department is leasy and not doing properly lectures and teachers are also mainly absent, the finance department lounching the exam is lake a hard exam , but every thing is like a okkk and I was clear first attempt every semester
