Calcutta Institute of Technology Howrah Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

A number of companies visited our campus. The last two years campus selection is carried out in online mode. Most of our eligible students got placed. The companies are from Gujrat, Pune, Noida, Tirupati, Chennai, Westbengal & Hyderabad. Flipkart, Micromax, Badev Autotech, Herocycle, Vi, Videocon, etc are visiting for a campus drive.

We have been given a chance for an internship in Flipkart. Normally 65% of students get job offers from different popular companies like Kiswok Industries Pvt Ltd, Grupo Antolin, Nirmal Group of Wires, Badve Engineering, etc in Bengal or out of Bengal.

In the case of B.tech students get campus facility from 7th semester and for diploma it is provided at 5th semester. Many well-reputed technical, IT and software, construction and production- maintenance companies and mnc's visit here to grab our best quality students. name of the companies visited alternatively every year are Infosys, JBM Group, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Cognizant, Videocon, Soni, Thermit, XL Dynamics ect. Generally, 60 to 80% percent of students will get at least a job every year according to the trade-wise market demand.

I am a second year student. Next year I will face the interviews. As I know many of our seniors have got jobs in many good companies. Our department provides us with grooming classes and soft skill classes for our better performance in job interviews.

Here the college campusing start after the completion of the seventh semester. And here the industrial visits are arranged to the company for one month. Seventy percent of the students here get jobs on the college campus. The visited company are himadri chemicals, Haldia petrochemicals, Bengal chemicals etc. I want to get a degree and work in the chemical industry as a chemical engineer.

In this college, we have many placements to perform a job. There are 5 to 6 companies to provide a job to come out campus. This is include Google, Microsoft, Infosys, and many other companies come our campus to provide a job and give a bright future ahead.

Placements are unbelievable, almost big to small companies come here. I personally got a job in 5 companies from my college. Every company have their good offer and nice packages. Companies like IBM, Wipro, TCS, JBM, TATA, Maruti and etc use to come. Maximum no. Of students use to get placement from college only, which leads to a hassle free start after the degree

Seventh-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Here the chemical company like Himadri chemical, Tata chemicals come for campusing. As here campusing is well so maximum students getting placement. After completing my b.tech degree I want to job in a well-known company.

In the 7th semester, companies are visited our college. Name of a company like Byjus, Infotech,Wipro,and chemical companies Berger ,hpl, are also visited Here highest average package is 12lac per annual Every dept 3-4 student are selected I also want to do a job

After the 5th semester, we preparation for campusing. Many companies visited in this institute and organization an interview, above 60% Mark's all semester the students are eligible for attending the interview. I'm a student. So after complete my degree, I got a job
