The college features a faculty that is well-experienced and highly educated, particularly in specialized streams. The faculty to student ratio is quite high at 1:70, which might impact individual attention. There are 30 faculty members for 120 students in the CSE department. While the faculty in the Math and Computer Science departments are noted for their excellence, some faculty members face difficulties with English, and a few lab assistants are considered irresponsible.

The teaching quality in the CSE branch is generally good, and the faculty is approachable, often offering additional support outside classroom hours. The exam system consists of two mid-semester exams worth 20 marks each and a viva for each subject. Internal exams are reportedly easier than external ones. Some faculty members are engaged in active research, bringing professional experience into the classroom. However, while some faculty members use modern teaching methods, others stick to traditional methods.

Despite these challenges, faculty members are generally friendly and supportive, though some students feel that faculty do not always give 100% effort.
