CBIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

This is a good course for the students who opt to study in their own state and this college is famous in Telangana(might be a bit overrated). But you get what you want if you try for it. I chose this college since I was not able to get a seat in NIT. Teaching here is so different from IITS, NITS, and IIITS. If you are new you might also feel like you are still in college...

-From 6th semister itself students will be eligible for placements but we will only have a glitch and complete effect is shown from 7th semister. -From Software side we will get visits from Oracle , HSBC , Micron , Accenture , Deloitte,Accolite etc... From Core for Electrical and Electronics are ctrlS , Moschip , UTS , Medha Servo , Toshiba , HUL , ITC etc... We also get hired by business /Edutech like NEXTWAVE , Futurefirst , Roamomics , rinex etc... -Due to recession now students hired through placements are just half of the class and ofcourse some of the students who didn't get hired are personally willing for highter studies and business -My plan is to get GATE rank and go for highter studies.

Curriculum is pretty well. It is meeting the standards of present market needs and developing holistically personally. We have web development technologies which is helping us to develop web pages. We have few labs dedicated to database management systems.

The course curriculum is very good. The curriculum is regularly updated to meet the industry demands and make the students industry ready and face the real world challenges. The exams are held regularly.

You get an opportunity to get an internships in 2nd year 4th sem and 3rd year 5th sem. Especially i would like you to bring into notice of JP Morgan & Co which takes internships in the 3rd year. And also we have students from us who got placed in companies like google and microsoft with 45lakh package.

The curriculum is regularly revised to meet industry standards. The course is dedicated in making the students industry ready and face real world challenges. The examinations include 2 mid terms, 2 lab internals, 1 semester end examination.

The placements are decent enough for computer science students and are low for core branches and product based companies. The highest package of last year is around 50 lpa. The average pacakge is near 4lpa

There are placements drives where the computer science students are offered the most placements that is in the IT sector, a very few core placements and also a few other service based placements. The highest package achieved in the college is 45.6 lpa for the previous year.

From the 4th semester, Many companies come to college to recruit students for internships, and from the 6th-semester companies come for placements for full-time jobs. The highest package is 56 lakhs and the average package is around 6 lakh and also the good point about this college is out of 300 students in a branch 280 students will be placed.

Students from 7th semister are eligible for placements. The companies like jpmc, Salesforce, Providence, Barclays etc vistied and the average package would be 13 lpa. Almost 70% students will be placed. I aim to get a highest package.
