ONE YEAR FEE FOR B.TECH WAS RS11000 AND IT MAY VERIES BY YEARS. OVERALL FEE IS VERY DECENT. RESGISTRATION FEE WAS 2000. THERE IS SOME CONCESSION FOR SC/ST CATEGORY PEOPLE. STUDENT FROM MANY STATES COME THERE FOR EDUCATION PURPOSE . THERE WEW FEW OF MY FRIEND WHO GOT CONCESSION IN THERIR FEE LIKE SCHOLORSHIP CONCESSION THAT COST THEM ONLY RESIGSTRATION AND UNIVERSITY FEE THAT IS ONLY 30 PERCENT OF TOTAL FEE. YES APART FROM IT LAB FEE ALSO EXCLUDED.

Fee for engineering is semeester wise . The odd semester's(1,3,5,7) fees is about 50 thousand and for even semester's (2,4,6,8) is about 35 thousand. The fees can be concessioned on the basis of you JEE marks. Hostels are also available and have different fee structures on the basis of the room . DRCC scheme is also available for bihar students . And there is also some concession for SC students.

There were many scholarshiops for jammu and kashmir residents, students belonging to categories like ST,SC etc. There were also seats reserved for sports quota. Max fee per semester would be INR 50,000

Daviet is one of the best college in punjab

I got placed in aon company, Gurgaon but due to some reason I was unable to join there, I have to get a job in my local city. Now I am in the automobile manufacturers unit, and happy there to work as people are really great and helpful. The fee is reasonable according to the middle class people.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure is not too high. There is about 87000 per year fee in the institute and 60000 hostel fees make it around 1.5 lac every year. Including all, I think it's a value of money. There is no bad regulation of hiking fees regularly. There is a scholarship scheme also available for meritorious students. And one can take the benefits of it. College waived minor fees if student is economically weak and not capable. Government assistance was also available eg. For Bihar students Bihar student credit card scheme available. And many more on state-level for Punjab students from as well as other states.Tech companies like HCl/Wipro technologies/ IBM/Cognizant/ Capgemini/ Infosys Electronics companies like /Oppo/ havells/ Bajaj/Bharat electronics / Bpl/ Celkon/Haier/ godrej visits campus every year and hired qualified & skilled students with a lucrative salary.Different job roles offered eg. Project manager/ programer/ Software developer/Softwatre analyst/ Web designer/ office manager etc.
