DAVIET is one of the best colleges in IKG-PTU. The college is a nice option for technical education because it's well- maintained system. The College provides various opportunities for students to excel in his career. The admission process is quite simple based on merit or jees mains score. College does not charge an extra charge for admission. One can get admission through submit his documents to college officials via both online & offline mode. My College takes admission every year from the month of July-August. The college conducts monthly tests as well as a mid-semester test on time respectively. Final semester exams organized by PTU on completion of the semester. Exams are very transparent throughout the session.I have choosen this college because I want a good college in North India on a medium budget. I have collected a lot of information on the internet through shiksha.com/collegedunia.com/ collegedekho.com etc websites.

The course curriculum is in a magnificent way covers all important topics of modern requirements. The curriculum is proposed by Punjab technical University and updated from time to time. I have taken the ECE branch because my interest lies in circuits and electronic gadgets /hardware etc. In our class, there were about 40 students. Our branch divided into 2 sections ECE1A&ECE1B. In my section, there is about 6 faculties. All faculty of my college is well mannered and qualified. They all have Masters and doctorate degrees in their respective fields and experience in the teaching field for about 10-15 years. They teach us in a simple way and it's easier to understand what they say. One can enjoy the lessons while learning because of nice explanation by faculties. Semester exams are close to its time and no much hard & much easier. It can be clear with some efforts and hard works with routine.

A good average of placement is offered by college after successful completion of course. From 7nth semester students become eligible for internships and with final semester placement. Every year 20 to 30 companies visits the campus with offer of different job positions. Companies like Samsung/havells/TCS/ Wipro/ Cognizant Bajaj electronics are top companies. Average package offered is 3.5 lac and highest is 12 lac. Around 80-25 percent students get placed in CSE. followed by ECE 65% ME and EE CE respectively. When I will complete my degree and get a campus placement then I will be committed to its responsibility. Otherwise if not placed w, ll looking for internships and off-campus drives. I will prepare for interviews.

The fee structure is not too high. There is about 87000 per year fee in the institute and 60000 hostel fees make it around 1.5 lac every year. Including all, I think it's a value of money. There is no bad regulation of hiking fees regularly. There is a scholarship scheme also available for meritorious students. And one can take the benefits of it. College waived minor fees if student is economically weak and not capable. Government assistance was also available eg. For Bihar students Bihar student credit card scheme available. And many more on state-level for Punjab students from as well as other states.Tech companies like HCl/Wipro technologies/ IBM/Cognizant/ Capgemini/ Infosys Electronics companies like /Oppo/ havells/ Bajaj/Bharat electronics / Bpl/ Celkon/Haier/ godrej visits campus every year and hired qualified & skilled students with a lucrative salary.Different job roles offered eg. Project manager/ programer/ Software developer/Softwatre analyst/ Web designer/ office manager etc.

Campus life is magnificent. College have a large lush green 18 acres campus. With all administrative office/ library and study rooms hostel.Every year cultural programs organized by managing committee and invites well-known Punjabi and Bollywood singers, Poets etcTech events are also conducted regularly by various departments on campus. DAVIET has developed it's own startup policy to grow innovation and Entrepreneurial culture in the campus. Currently, business master 2021 proposed to conduct by the department of training and placement. All the required books are available at the library. Research journals are also here. Students can take books from it and have permission also to keep some days with themselves.

The hostel is also nice. We have 4 floors hostel apartment with many modern facilities. I have given 4 seater bedroom with bathroom attached. Everyone always keeps care of cleanliness here. Meals: The simple North Indian traditional menu is easily one can find. They serve quality food 3 times daily. Vegetarian food is in majority but nonveg is also available. Here's enough to impress anyone. Everyone can opt for hostels male and female both and also easy to get. With a normal process. Here PG,s also available at cheap costs with good services. Pg is available at a cost of around 5 to 6 thousand. Locals are always helpful here and care every one privacy.
