Likes

Holder which means they have good knowledge of the subject they teach quite good and encourage students, most of the faculty are initial which is again plus point they will help you whenever you need them
Fee structure is very nominal and is constant even the middle class can take admission scholarships are the great forms of motivation which college offers for good environment and to maintain competition among youngsters
Crowd is good infrastructure is good as well us placements are good

Dislikes

Campus is not too big. lower branches placements are also not good.
There is a large crowd here and most of them are from lower branches who do not get placed.
Civil mechanical branch are not getting good package in collage olacemt ratio are very bad

My Graduation Experience

Likes

College management was good. i liked the support provided by the college management. It was a great experience.
Infrastructure was good. I felt other things could have been given more efforts into.
Faculties of the institution were supportive and helpful. We were guided and helped on every step by the management.

Dislikes

Placement cell was not at all supportive and helpful.
Other facilities were not given much input into. They could have been better in terms of facilities
I have no other field to mention in terms of things I disliked.

Placement Experience:

I am mot satisfied by the placement facility provided by my college. They could have made efforts to help us all get placed. Only few startups appeared on the day of placement. Soon the same company which came for placement had shut there business. I am highly disappointed by the placement structure. And it should have involved good companies & they should have done good work while placing us. I would like to see this particular factor improve.

Likes

All classes are near and clean with fully well equipped
Campus Life is ok ok and social interaction is very good senior are very cooperative
Faculty are cooperative and most of are PhD holder

Dislikes

Do not all classes are air conditioning class room size is small
Campus size is very small it about 19 acres alonly

Placement Experience:

From the 4 year student are eligible for placement College placement is excellent Most of the students are placed Most of the company visit they are mass recruiter company like TCS cognizant etc Average package is 7-8 lpa Highest package is 44 lpa

Lovable college experience alongwith learning new things

Firstly,I would like to share my experience regarding the college campus.
To knowledge park 2 metro station so we can easily travel back to our hostels or any other place.
Faculty very humble and helpful. they always guide us while doing the experiments and the lab are well equipped with good experimental apparatus

Dislikes

In the current scenario,we are facing a lot of problems due to heat wave. so the thing that I disliked the most is the non-ac classrooms.
I would also request the college management to maintain the washrooms and water taps as it becomes very conjusted due to small washrooms
So it becomes difficult to attend the classes without AC. as the strength of the classes are quite good so it feels very hot inside the classes

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the place from the 6th semester of their BTech course. the companies that visit our college for the placements are Wipro, AWS and other reputed MNCs. the highest package is around 40 lpa from our college and the average package is around 5.5 -6 lpa and around 85% of students are getting placed from our college about 2500 offers were made for the year 2023 and my future plans are to get a master's degree from a reputed college and then apply for a good job in a reputed MNCs

Galgotias good for NCR region students

Likes

Our college is nearby Knowledge Park 2 metro.
Expo is nearby, you can visit there if you liked it.
You will get Delhi NCR Exposure, you can go anywhere.

Dislikes

All classrooms don't have AC so you will feel bad during summers.
You will have to live outside as college hostel have very limited seats.
Crowd is not study focused, only some studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average as compared to Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges . You can't expect more from here as this is a private Tier 3 college . You get 6lpa for sure if you study only for exams and maintain average CGPA . and if you study harder than sky is the limit. Some students get 40 LPA as well

you will get time for your self there is not strivt acedemics rules
there is no uniform so u can wear ur regular clothes
on campus placement is better comparion to other colleges in greater noida

Dislikes

AC classes is for computer science students
average placement is good but need more good companies here
canteen should be improves as it doesnt provide u meal

many companies comes oncampus with different requirements so oncampus place is easy for them u have skill also there is the cgpa criteria for oncampus campany so uou need to fulfill it first and u have less cgpa then required so u have no option then apply offcampus placement

I like the cultural and structural event of my college the Ambience and gratitude of the faculty is really appreciable and the faculty are well educated in their field they all do PhD degree in their respective subjects that is very good and all facu
College also do some extra curricular activities like industrial visit and cultural program where student can learn more in spite of educational programs like classroom and other you norms so I like this type of events help
A lot in overall development of student from the both aspect as in academic and their personal training are also provided in college at the time of placement when companies come on the college and student have no idea about how to get placed

Dislikes

College have some restricted guideline about the 75 attendance as they are elected from the attitude and aktu has a guideline that student should be completed minimum 75% attendance to sit in final term examination
Also college is 5 day working and there also many classes in a day I think for the MBA program we know as this is not the classroom program so classroom courses should be come and extra curricular activities are more visualise
The focus more on academic lesson other thing like placement training program and other as we know the placement are totally depend on student personal appear and personal knowledge not about the course but about the motivation about the communicatio

Placement Experience:

In reason to year the overall package of the MBA student goes down but until then placement is good as compared to other colleges in Greater Noida while we talk about the Return of Investment as what I invest in this college and what amount of package I get from this college on that topic this college is best in Greater Noida

Likes

Teachers interaction with students. They gave full attention to every student and explain the things very effectively
Campus is good and have a good scenery to watch . Have proper arrangements of chairs and tables in ground if you want to spend some time there.
Proper arrangements of security check and drinking water .

Dislikes

Don't have proper arrangements for summer as there's no AC or cooler in classes ..
Some teachers have knowledge but don't know how to explain things, so it's hard to grasp the things.
Campus is small and is not big . If you want to spend some time by walking in campus it will end even before starting

Placement Experience:

Students after 5 semester get eligible for campus placement. As for the placements 70% students get placement and the other go for master's degrees or give competetive exams like GATE and CAT. The highest pakage is INR 10 lacs and lowest package is 2 lacs. Companies like TATA, TCS Infosys, Exxact, Red Data System etc visit here.

Galgotia college faculty is too much cooperative and supportive in nature
Here not only cource are completed apart from this they also provide some extra curricular activities
I like the atmosphere of college because here everything is in discipline and in proper order

Dislikes

The thing which I dislike about the college is they I I will criteria of have a restricted criteria of 75% attendance
Have a restricted criteria of 75% attendance if anyone want to do some extra curricular activities they did not get too much time for that

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the my side MBA is not a classroom courses they have to provide some other detail or extra curricular activities to the students so they can learn a lot with their subjective knowledge because organisation required so many skills like motivational skill leadership skill voluntary skill and no one can gain this skill from the classroom courses so I think they have to work on that

Glimpse of Galgotias college of engineering and technology

The college sports area is so good that i like much. Professional sports teacher were there for students to teach them properly.
The clubs and events were organised by first year onwards which help’s students to socialise in college.
The faculty of the college is very good they are graduates from IIT and there were very supportive except some.

Dislikes

The attendance criteria of 75% make all the students hectic as they have to make attendance above 75%.
The college campus is small as comparatively to other engineering colleges.
The assignment and labs loads were so hard that a student merely keep up to that.

Placement Experience:

The placements at the college is very descent. The average package stood for 4.5 lakh per annum. The highest package were 44 lakhs per annum. Total 2300 offer opportunities were made this year and total 85% of students who were eligible gets placed this year. The median package stood for 4 lakhs per annum. Total 870 approx students get placed this year.

Likes

Clubs and societies are very active. Events are held whole year like freshers, unifest, farewell and many more.
College has 5 blocks with special facilities like water cooler, ac, and proper electric supply.
Teachers are disciplined, punctual, highly qualified and all have more than 10 years of experience.

Dislikes

D block of this college still lacks Ac . Students face a lot of problems due to this
Some faculties are new so they are not able to connect properly with students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

AKTU curriculum is followed. The Syllabus and Exams are decided by aktu. Two CAEs(sessional exams) are taken before semester exam. Each of the sessional decide the internal marks of the semester exams. Exams are of 3 hours.
