Holder which means they have good knowledge of the subject they teach quite good and encourage students, most of the faculty are initial which is again plus point they will help you whenever you need them
Fee structure is very nominal and is constant even the middle class can take admission scholarships are the great forms of motivation which college offers for good environment and to maintain competition among youngsters
Crowd is good infrastructure is good as well us placements are good

Dislikes

Campus is not too big. lower branches placements are also not good.
There is a large crowd here and most of them are from lower branches who do not get placed.
Civil mechanical branch are not getting good package in collage olacemt ratio are very bad

Absolutely satisfying

Likes

All the things in college are good and has all facilities
Sport meet held in college and a lot of event happen
There are so many club in college and so many event happen

Placement Experience:

The student eligible for placement from 7th semester . The mass recruiter company like capgimeni , tc, wipro,cognizant are coming the average package is around 4 lpa. You work hard to get placement and you have to gain skill by your own.

I think everything is good with college i was very satisfied with the college since my first day
Campus is very good and even strangers greet like they are friend since so many days
The teaching method is very good faculties take care of every little problem

Dislikes

Hostel need some improvement in terms of cleanliness
Food is very average and option for non veg is just for two days
Except that issue everything is good and i am satisfied with it

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be computer science student altough courses and faculties didnt help that level of academics which work in real life..as we can see time has been changed and ai has taken over the world..there must be a proper course on ai..the paper is quite good ranging from some tough questions to average

Galgotias College: A college that underwhelms you in every way but never allows you to complaint.

Likes

The campus and infrastructure is pretty decent. Its not that big but does the job pretty well.
The crowd is actually not bad. Most folks are genuinely interested in tech and girl boy ratio is also very good.
College is located at the heart of the city just next to knowledge park metro which makes it really easy to travel to college.

Dislikes

Syllabus is pretty outdated but thats a university problem.
Half the teachers are really dedicated and good. But half of them don't know how to teach.
Sometimes they are very strict. Short attendance and bad performance are reported directly to your parents which puts unnecessary stress.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

A balanced blend of academics and campus life

Likes

The faculty is good , experienced and qualified.
The do not much pressurize for the attendence.
The internal marks they provide is mainly on the basis of academic performance

Dislikes

The insfrastructure should be improved
More oppotunities should be provided for the students of 1st and 2nd year students
Coding related events should be conducted time to time

Placement Experience:

The college placement is also good as a private college. College provide many opprtunities to the students. hundreads of companies are come for on campus placement with a nice package. we can say that is good according to a private college

A Balanced MBA Experience with Practical Exposure.

Likes

Fests, cultural events and the clubs rum by the students helps an individual to enhance their personality.
The active participations of teacher’s be it through case study ready sessions or through group discussion has helped an individual to improve their communication skills.
The active placement coordinator’s who always kept we students posted about the latest company visits.

The course curriculum is vast enough to provide the student enough knowledge about the all the aspects of management. The curriculum allowed us to dove into deep knowledge of management in all areas of life which in a way helped us to analyse what domain is best suited for us.

GCET-An Overview

Likes

The facullty in first year is really good.
There were a lot of clubs and events happening when i joined the college...so there was a lot to do.
The campus is really beautiful and lively.

Dislikes

Many clubs have been dessolved and events are reduced to minimum.
Attendence has become very important to maintain.
Some faculty in senior years are not very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements in GCET are decent. students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem onwards. there are also a good decent amount of companies that come here for campus placements.major IT and Tech companies are: TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Hcl and Capgemini also some other companies are: L&T, TECH Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Siemens and Byju's.

Likes

The location of this college is good, right next to the metro station
The infrastructure is pretty and vast and changes are made now and then
Library has a good collection of books and keeps updating

Dislikes

The crowd is not very serious and weird college mates
sometimes u get very unserious teaching faculty
There is very few rooms with AC,awful in summer

The curiculum is updated and revised regularly, And the syllabus is designed to cover everything u require to get the placement, but its minimal they need to add somethign where students are forced to practice these questions

Campus is well maintained and clean also good facilities
The faculties are well trained and knowledge full
the connectivity is also good , metro station is very near

Dislikes

i dont like the crowd here , the kids ..
I dont like how they postponee the exams
They provide very less holidays to the kids

Galgotias university friend or foe

Things i like the most is college life structure infrastructure teachers etc etc. Galgotias university campus is huge the buildings floors washrooms classs room everything
Teachers faculty i liked teachers at Galgotias university are sooo good there way of teaching attendance behaviour everything is sooo. Good

Dislikes

Crowd i don't like the crowd the students mostly students are from bihar biharis they alll are the messs

Placement Experience:

Galgotias University has a pretty good placement record, especially for B.Tech CSE students. The Career Services department is quite active and organizes regular placement drives with a decent number of companies visiting the campus every year

i really appreciate the extra curricular engagement that my college provides it is one of the best amongst all colleges of delhi ncr. there are variety of clubs and society which provide exposure in varied field such as MUN, HACKATHONS, Culturalfest.
i am very engaged in all the in campus and off campus activites . i have been member and coordinator of photography society and currently leading the society of adminstration, operations logistics and hospitality of my college. it is most important.
infrastrucute is pretty huge and beautiful and well managed as well. we have 7 blocks and canteen area along with 2 hostel blocks and 3 major grounds. we have fountain area, auditorium and much more facilities.

Dislikes

the in campus hostel is pretty average with high fees and unhygenic hostel facilities. the food is pretty basic and dirty and hostel is conjusted as well. they are taking money equivalent to private hostels and facilities are very poor accordingly.
the placement and internship scenario are dissapointing for some students as mass recruiting companies are giving below average saliries and asking for highly skilled candidates. this might cause disruption and distress among students.
i do not agree with a few faculties on campus who come to just spend 1 hour in the classrom and teach nothing. they get paid for it but they waste time of students. labs are well maintained. And library is undermaintainenece washrooms are cleen .

Placement Experience:

Students in our college are eligible to fill placement forms in the 6th semester. The back criteria is often decided by various companies. few companies allow no backs, few allow up to 2 backs, and few don't bother to check. The minimum CGPA requirement is 6.5. Few companies that have visited our college are Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Squareyards, Capgemini, etc. The average percent of students getting placed is 80-90%, but it includes a lot of mass recruiting companies. They offer a minimun salary of 2 lakhs and exploit their employes.
