GITA Autonomous College Bhubaneswar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

GITA provides a well decent placement with good package. They provide students campus and off campus placements . Almost around 75% are placed in different companies all over India. I am in semester 1 so I did not know much more about placement.

From the 6th semester, you are eligible for the campus placement. Around 50 companies came to the college for the placements and each company gave around 20 offers. Around 60 percent of students are getting placement in the college.

There are opportunities in our college but as per current scenario, our placements have also been affected a lot. I am preparing for the campus placements but I'm also preparing for government exams like GATE

50% student were get placement with very good package. 25% student start preparing for government job and rest 25% student start teaching in average school with an average package. Overall the college placement is good. If you are good in academic then you will get placement easily. The average salary package were around 8 lac per annum.

After 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements and the average package is 3 lakh and highest 5 lakhs but number of placed students are very less . Tcs , Infosys , muthoot are many companies whos visited last and number of offers made was just 20 25 students . 5 percent of students get placed only .

I take Btech(computer science and engineering) and i thik this course are good other courses. This college the faculty and students relationship are aso closely and teaching methodsof lecture are good. Qualification of all faculty are high.

I choose the Btech (computer science Artificial intelligence and Mechine learning) because I intrested in artificial intelligence.This college student and lecture relationship are very good.Qualification of faculty are high and teaching method are also good.

The college have a limited placement criteria every year approx 40-50% students that placed at the package of 6 to 5 lakhs if you are good at studies then you can get a package of 9 to 10 lakhs. There is not great opportunities of placement in this college but it is a moderate college and you can get a placement if you will do a little hard work

I coosed this course due to my intrest Student ration is so unfair there are only 7 girls waile there are above 50 boys in one class, students are good but they mind many simple things Teaching method is good but not every teacher is capable to make each student understand everything Exams arr good but the marking system of some paper is not fair Such as BEE subject there is no step marking which lead to so many back paper of so many students

From the 6th semester the students are eligible to sit in campus placement. The companies are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS etc. The students from 7.6 cgpa are eligible for campus placement. The 75% of students get campus placement every year. Overall the college is average.
