The faculty to student ratio is quite good teachers are very helpful and approachable, quite impressive and faculty are very well qualified ,all are almost all are phd holders .
A good facility of wifi, superb faculty ,excellent support from the management
Campus employment opportunity is good and college also provides various opportunities to gain scholarships for there course in every year.

Dislikes

For scholarship you have to apply but for general cast it is difficult.
Placement of this year is very worst only few studies placeds.
College lift facility is not so good not well maintenance conditions is also not well maintained

Tragedy at IMS ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Likes

Faculty and their commitment in 1st year.
Giving monthly assignments and proper grading.
Lab activities were good and people had oppurtunities to work in any of the labs.

Dislikes

Careless behaviour of management staff in academics as well as other issues.
The director used to make students wait for ever 3 hours for any meeting.
Unnecessary feedback forms were forced to submit and go through.

Placement Experience:

The placements are fine as most of the people got placed in one or the other company but the package is not so good it ranges from 4 LPA to 12 LPA and once you sit in one placement round and get selected you cannot sit in other company's placement round and you ll have no other option than just to choose the one you appeared in.

COLLEGE LIFE

Likes

Spending good time with friends , having good friends will help you to make college life interesting and you can work together and learn new skills .
Extra curricular activities are also good as it help you to shift your focus from tedious studies and helps you to explore .
Exams and tests are also fine because you have to give so many exams before University tests , that you get prepared for UT

Dislikes

In this college, there is too much focus on studies and very less in curricular activities.
Sports is also very less especially for day scholar , which makes students physically inactive
Too many test and assignment causes headache and feeling of pressure and frustration which not good for mental health

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have opted B.Tech CSE because I have interest in science and technology . And also , there is good scope of it in market . Now if I talk about faculty , some faculty are some are very understanding in nature . And some of them support a lot to students . Some faculty members have done M.Sc and some have done PhD in specific subject . Very few faculty members are teaching good .

My True view

Likes

I like most is environment and the classes
I like sports and annual event happen in college
I like play and small. Workshop that take place

Dislikes

I don't like how our time waste in all classes
I don't like there washroom and water facilities
I just want to study and don't want to write more assignments in college

Placement Experience:

After 3 years most people are become eligible for campus placement Wipro HCl TCS and Microsoft etc The highest package is 50 lakhs and minimum is 8 lakhs Most students get placement almost 80% students get placement I want to become full time data analytics

Likes

Wifi is available so it is very good for coding environment.
Sports facilities available and nicely done.
Canteen is available for very low priced product.

Dislikes

Campus is very small.And no separate block.
Ground is literally very small for game purposes.
Hostel mess food is very bad and in poor quality

Placement Experience:

In 7 semester you will get placement and many companies also come to visit like inforces and Accenture and Wipro and many other.The average package is 450000 and as per your eligibility you will get highest is 46 lack.my plan is achiev higher education

College climate survey

Likes

The faculty is highly educated and experienced.
The labs are good and the machine provided are of good quality.
The classroom are good and seats are comfortable.

Dislikes

The campus area is very small. You can visit campus within 5 minutes.
Sports facilities are very bad. There is only one faculty for sports.
The campus life is worst. There are too many restrictions.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester the students are eligible for placements. The company visted are assenture, kpmg, cheetu,tcs, infosys. They offered 300+ placement for students which is average. The highest package on campus is 12 lakhss and average package is 3 lakhs. There is 70 placement percentage. My plan is to get a offcampus job after my degree.

Likes

Campus greenery is very good and water quality
Girls ratio is very high compared to boys
Proper ventilation in classes and atmosphere was very cool

Dislikes

Teacher behaviour is very rude they even don't listen to doubt
Labs are not much better to learn something coding portion
Attendance criteria is very hectic for students

The courses here are well managed and the courses are well designed according to the industry needs The faculty here is very helpful and every faculty member is well educated have sufficient knowledge related to there subject

Likes

College is good and situated at the best place
It is free from all religions everybody is treated equally
Nobody is harassed mentally every body is getting equal chance and opportunity

Dislikes

Campus Life is very busy and hectic all time study
Faculty is good but only focuses on theoretical knowledge.
More and more club and more companies should be invited for Placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and mainly focusing on the the theory knowledge rather than practical knowledge although the faculty members are good and well educated but since the college has to follow the aktu curriculum so they have to go for more theories rather than practical knowledge .

Likes

The campus is awesome and I like it because the plants are planted every where which is very good for reducing pollution.
The ground which is big and have enough space to play cricket and other games.
I like the professors who teaches well and in effective ways.

Dislikes

I dislike the stricted timing to play badminton which is 10 pm after 10 pm you should not play badminton or other sports
I dislike the food of the hostel provided which is not good and it is unhygienic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am chosen computer science because I eager to learn about the development of software and their functioning. The faculty and students ratio is good and effectively manage all the curriculum activities and academic activities. Professors are well qualified and have a great experience and knowledge. The term exams held on timely.

Faculty members are very supportive there are so many faculties..they have so much experience...there are total 8 semester in which 2 ct exams are scheduled and 2 test series are shedules and 1 put and after that final ut exams

IMS Engineering College offers a decent Biotechnology B.Tech program with good basic infrastructure and supportive faculty. The department has well-maintained labs for microbiology and Bioprocess, providing essential practical exposure, though not at an advanced research level. The campus includes classrooms, library and Wi-Fi creating a comfortable academic. Faculty members are experienced and helpful in guiding students in studies and projects. So all-over it is a good place to get admissiom.

B.Tech Biotechnology at IMS Engineering College, affiliated with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, provides a good academic foundation in biotechnology subjects. The college has supportive faculty and very laboratory facilities. However, the main focus are on improving placement opportunities and providing more internships in biotech industries and research labs, as practical exposure is very important for biotechnology students. Ims engineering college is a renowned college in the region and provides quality education. The infrastructure is also at par and the locality has good connectivity to nearest noida hub. The placement is also great with respect to other institutions and many companies come in every placement season. The faculty is very helpful and really help the students score good and get good ranks at university level.
