KJSCE Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements are good. Companies are like Amazon, Deloitte, KPMG, and other companies keep visiting with handsome packages. 92% of the students get placed. I plan to take the Placement process once I am done with the degree.

KJ Somaiya College is a very huge college and has a perfect system of everything. Proud to be a student of this college. They have extra curricular activities cultural forum fests and much more. They also have outdoor Games, athlete ground, hostels, 7 to 8 canteens. The teaching system is quite good they have compulsory 75% of attendance.

Once the fourth trimester starts, companies start coming in for the final placements. 201 recruiters visited our campus for final placements. 98% of the batch got placed. I will be sitting for the final placements this year.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Students become eligible for placements after they complete their summer internships. Usually, all students get placed but due to the pandemic, there were almost 5% of students remained unplaced. Companies in the BFSI sector, Consulting, and Technology usually come in large numbers.

I chose this course because sports management is a growing field and only a few colleges offer them and KJ seemed best. There are different faculties for every different subject and each one of them is specialists in the field of sports and well trained professionals. The teaching method is 60% practical and 40% theoretical. Two exams are held per semester, one is an internal assessment practical test and one final written test. It was very easy to pass as far as one is dedicated.

I chose this course as I found that I have a greater market value. There are different lecturers for different subjects. I chose this course because of my family's enthusiasm for this. As my dad himself is a Mechanical Engineer. So I also cultivated my habits and interest since childhood The faculty-student ratio is 300+:2000+ All faculties have almost done their Ph.D. mostly in Strength of Material and subjects like this The terms are in November or December and other in May

I chose this course because i was equally interested in hardware as well as software, and I has a passion of working with both The faculty-student ratio is 150:3000 In KJSCE each and every faculty are highly qualified, to be very specific, in computer branch, almost every faculty has their Masters degree also some have their PHD from the reputed colleges As KJSCE is a fully autonomous college, the terms are held twice in a year here, as it is very common One in November and one in May

Students become eligible for placements from last year, There are a lot of Companies more than 100 that visit KJSCE each year, and more than 150 offers are received each year. The highest package is 27LPA and the average is 6LPA. 90% of students get placed in on campus placements at KJSCE. I plan to do Masters from abroad after getting my Degree. KJSCE also have sports including Cricket, TableTennis, Badminton, Football, etc. There are a lot of social groups and clubs here including Rotaract Club, Team Gyrations for dance. Website: somaiya.edu
