Kongu Engineering College Erode Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The recruitment starts from the 3rd year. The college provides a lot of training at various levels for the placement. Numerous companies visit and recruit students for decent pay. I have decided on placements after getting the degree and attending companies now.

From 3rd year the students of Bsc.COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DESIGN are eligible for placement and interships.Companies which visited are XOYO, TITAN, etc,. And made many offers which are favourable to the students. The percentage of placement getting students are more dhan 80% . My plan after degree is to get selected in placement campus and enter into IT field.

Firstly, my college is affiliated with Anna University and is accredited with Grade 'A' by NAAC. Moreover, in the previous year i.e. 2020 it was ranked 135 by NIRF. Further, almost every students get placed either on-campus or off-campus to the top-notch companies across the country. Faculties are highly qualified and most importantly the college is too low. Also, one of my cousin had completed her MBA past 5 years and got placed in Cognizant. On her advise and after going through all the details related to the college, I decided to take admission here. For admission, the first step was to fill the application form with all the required details asked there in online mode merely with the payment of application fee. Then, my MAT score, marks obtained in undergraduate was considered for shortlisting me. After which I was called for the selection procedure round and finally I am into this college.

I had not done well in JEE Mains and was not getting a good university with my rank. Thankfully I was able to do well in TNEA and get into Kongu Engineering College as it does not require the JEE score. The BE and BTech admissions here are entirely based on the cutoff scores of TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission) test. KEC figures in the top 1oo universities in India too! To apply, I went to the to the admissions portal in their portal and downloaded the application form, filled it in, attached the documents and submitted it to their office. I think the admission fee was Rs 500.

After completing Higher secondary exam I have appeared for JEE main exam but my rank was not good. So I have appeared for several state entrance exam and got selected first in Tamilnadu Engineering Admission Exam So I chose this university. The admission is based on my marks of Tamilnadu Engineering Admission Test Exam.

The college infrastructure is the high class one. Our college is mostly popular for infrastructure. The entire campus is full of greeny fields and birds are humming and chirping entire the campus. A big library is here and also all the smart facilities a here for our usage. Very fast Wi-Fi facility is provided for us.

Students become eligible for campus placement during pursuing 3 rd year. I didn't know the details of the placement. My plans to get placement. otherwise, try our own business

Good education and nearer to home town with better placement of over 99% in all department. funding facility for our own startups up to 10 lakhs depend our project concepts. Well communication environment

The best placements, rankings, facilities, infrastructure and the opportunities provided by the college make me to choose this college. Computer Science Engineering branch has best placement and it has trending technologies.
