The faculty at the college are supportive and approachable, providing extensive assistance to students and maintaining a good rapport. The student-to-faculty ratio is favorable, especially in the CSE branch. Faculty members strive to improve their teaching skills to enhance student understanding, although some, particularly in the chemistry department, may teach too quickly. A notable issue is the language barrier, as some faculty teach in Telugu, which can be challenging for non-Telugu speaking students.
The college conducts exams autonomously with a strict adherence to JNTUH rules, requiring a 75% attendance rate for exam eligibility. There are two semesters per year, each with two mid-term tests and lab exams. Despite some challenges, most students pass their exams, though difficulties persist in subjects like mathematics, basic electronics, and physics. The faculty are generally experienced, with around 30 members contributing to the college's educational environment.
