Earlier it was affiliated by MAKAUT (WBUT) currently they are affiliated by AICTE i.e. autonomous.

The college is one of the most renounced colleges in West Bengal and has got a good placement record throughout. All the teachers and alumni are very helpful and take ample care of the students. The study environment is very good

Well college and faculties both are really good and hardworking. Only the position of the colleges and roads are not so good. Specially in rain it becomes worst rather then that no complaints. Every one is helpful and looking forward to a great future.

Positive remark is that our college has very friendly type environment everyone can make them comfortable in our college but also there is some negative remark that the locality in which our college is not so good.

This is a really great college if you want to study and have to enter in a private college of Kolkata. The placements depend on the people as well. The top seventy percent will surely get a decent company and the rest will also be given a chance to prove themselves in Bangalore.

if you want to pay a reasonable fee with a decent placement record you can choose this college. However please don't come here if you really want to study/love engineering and securing placement is not your agenda.
