RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering Pune Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Our college placements are good so many companies came to our college and higher so many students and they got good package companies like oracle Wipro cognizant TCS Accenture. The highest package offered is about 12 lakhs per annum and the lowest package is around 3 lakh The package rate is higher for the cs and its students. Almost every student in the college got placed this year and the student getting placed ratio is very good. I don't know about my plans.

Currently, a fresher don't have much idea but after 2nd year with a good set of skills you are eligible for placements... many companies like Microsoft oracle Wipro Infosys TCS Accenture come to our college for hiring... the average package is around 2_3 lakh and highest package is 15_18 lakh... almost 70 % of the students got placed

The Sinhgad Institutes is a very reputed chain of institutions. The college was part of the the same family. RMDSSOE has a good reputation and intake for Mechanical Engineering and hence I chose it. The admission process was thorough CAP rounds. I chose this college in my first round itself. I was advised and foretold about good placement opportunities in Sinhgad Institutes fraternity, so I had no second thoughts. Then again my CET score was average so this was the best option I had.The campus is huge but it is shared by a school too. So that is something chaotic. Canteen is not so good and a bit small. But library makes upto it.

Open Management

I had heard good things about my college for example placements, faculty, exposure and etc. After results of cap round colleges are open for admission tentative dates are mid May/June. Placements in whole sinhgad campus is very good you get plenty opportunity. My college doesn't have hostel facility and nearby area is still developing.

No GD or Test is required for admission. Admission is given on the basis of JEE and CET marks. All you need is to score well in jee and cet. Admission are done through CAP rounds.

Better placements, admission process is very easy like other colleges. You have to submit only 10th and 12th marksheets and result of CET or JEE, this college have much better teaching facilities than other colleges, pune's best colleges.

The world is a big place, and I thought attending a big school would better prepare me for life in the real world. A large, diverse student body. More choices of majors and specializations. More networking opportunities to help land internships and jobs.

Students become eligible for campus placements in fourth year. Companies like tcs, Accenture, cognizant, Infosys, etc have visited the college each year. But the placements numbers are not that appreciable. Highest package you can dream of is 6 to 7 lacks per annum. Average might be as low as 2.4 lpa Placements vary according to the department. MECHANICAL : 5 to 10% Comp : 80 to 90% Civil : 0 to 1% EXTC : 5 to 10% IT :70 to 80% Most students opt for higher studies, some opt for off campus placements.
