Talking about my Branch (Electrical and Electronics Engineering ) I would say the placements are improving year by year and average package is quite good but since the course is very hard, maintaining the CGPA becomes a difficult task due to which the placements get affected.After getting the degree I would go for higher studies.

Placements are the selling point of any professional course . Our college offers it very good . With a placement percentage of more than 90% and a median package of 10 lpa with the highest being 60 lpa in the year 2022. In 2023 it increased to 12 LPA with the highest being 92 LPA offered by UIPath . Our seniors and super seniors also got admits from premier institutions in India and abroad for masters a simple search in LinkedIn can give you wonders .

Students at RVCE become eligible for campus placements typically from the seventh semester onwards. Several reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering a wide range of job opportunities to students. Some of the prominent companies include Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, and Accenture, among others. These companies make a significant number of job offers across various profiles, including software development, consulting, and research. The highest package offered varies from year to year and can range from ?10-20 lakhs per annum, depending on the company and the profile offered. The average package generally falls between ?4-8 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placements varies, but RVCE has a consistently high placement record, with a significant majority of students securing job offers during campus placements. From 5th semester students are eligible for applying into placements rounds. FROM 3RD SEMESTER THEY CAN APPLY FOR INTERNSHIPS. ALMOST 90% OF THE TOTAL STRENGTH GOT PLACED LAST YEAR. I AM PLANNING TO GET A JOB FOR NOW.

I CHOSE THIS COURSE BECAUSE THE RANK I GOT THIS WAS THE BEST I WAS GETTING IN THE MOST REPUTED COLLEGE OF KARNATAKA. THE FACULTY HERE ARE VERY MUCH QUALIFIED. GIRLS BOY RATIO IS QUITE GOOD HERE COMPARED TO OTHER ENGINNERING COLLEGES IT'S ALMOST 5:3 HERE. EXAMS ARE HELD EVERY MONTH HERE BUT EASIER TO PASS.

Students are eligible for internships from the first year, itself. But the actual placements come a bit later. A lot of companies visit. Everything from Microsoft to Mercedes. Everyone gets a chance. The highest package this year has been 60LPA+ and the average is 18LPA. A high percentage of students get placed and a lot pursue higher studies. I plan on studying more, after this.

The faculty numbers are really supported. The faculty to student trial is one is to 50 and qualifications of the faculty is phd for everyone. Examinations are fairly hard. There are two semesters in a year and also exams and tests are conduct on time for preparation of the semster exams.

Good placements. Boeing, Airbus, Dassault etc visited. Hughes package for aerospace is 29 lakh. Average around 8 lakhs. Around 75-80 percent of students get placed. My plans after degree is to pursue a masters in Science.

There are 3 internals out of which best 2 are considered. There is one end-sem examination. There are also 3 quizzes out of which best 2 are considered. Also after that there is experiential learning which helps students learn practical skills. If I talk about Faculty they are good and well qualified they also very supportive towards students.

The IEM course is based on the learning which we get it from many of the industry like steel industries etc. It's a great course for field work The course is basically the study of the industrial component and it gives the best result after the 4 years. Faculty is good and well qualified they also very supportive towards students. Tests are conduct on time for preparation for the semster exams
