Behaviour of the teaching and non teaching staff.

Faculty:

There are well experienced faculty members in the college. In each semester two exams are conducted the first one is insem and the second one is End-Sem. The insem is conducted by the college and the End-Sem is conducted by the university.

The teaching faculty which comes from outstation are fabulous in their teaching method as well as very understanding and supportive towards students growth in life.

Dislikes

Should hire teachers from outstation rather than hiring teachers from nearby area itself because there is a drastic difference between the outstation teachers teaching and the nearby hired teachers.

Faculty:

Soo basically there are lot of facilities in this college like student section, account section, exam commitee, management commitee, non teaching staff facility, teaching staff facility, Head of departments facility, etc.. Soo the staff that I liked among them is the student section facility, head of departments facility, exam committee and management facility because all this facility works in a well mannered way and do have a great bond with all students. Coming to the facilities that I dislike is the account section, non teaching staff and teaching staff beacuse all these facilities are mostly not that good with their works as well as all these facilities have hired employees from the area where the college is situated itself and does not have a great bond with students who are basically outsiders and stay in hostels. Coming to exam so B.E is a 4 year course where every year contains of 2 semesters where the total semesters in entire 4 years is 8 semesters. Each semesters contains two exam which is mainly known as insem exam which contains of 30 marks and the paper is set as well as checked by the college staff itself, and the second exam is known as endsem which contains of 70 marks and the paper here is set and checked by the university.

The mechanical department staffs are good in behaviour and relationship with students but the other faculty like cs are not good for mechanical department. The exam are held in every 6 months for 1 semester in every semester there are 2 units test held in 2 every 2 month gaps. Many students failed to pass the exam

The faculty of college is not well experienced. Dome of them have done MSC in their core subject. But faculty are not that level to teach properly to an engineering students. Teachers were not good in teaching. They don't know to speak English clearly.

Faculty:

the faculty are the best for every collage. the minimum qualification for the professors are MTec and above. many reputed collages are make there standard using faculty if faculty is best the students are also best. these collage having the best class faculty. the topic which you are unable t0 understand faculty member will help you at any time . its a very helpfull and free minded staff is there .
