The college faculty is generally supportive and qualified, with most holding PhDs or master's degrees. Despite being affected by university politics, the administration is proactive in adapting the curriculum to student needs. The faculty-to-student ratio stands at approximately 1:50, posing certain challenges. Each subject typically has two faculty members, and in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department, there are seven lecturers and three lab assistants, many hailing from premier institutes like IITs and NITs.
The college provides well-equipped labs and essential facilities, including transport and administrative support. Faculty members are involved in organizing cultural activities, hackathons, and seminars. However, some faculty members lack professional education, impacting their ability to foster student skills. Despite this, they strive to make lectures, comprising about 60-70 per semester, beneficial for technology-based education.
