With all the facilities required to run a technical college our college is one of the best Tech colleges in my State.

STCET is one of the best colleges in Eastern India in terms of academics/discipline and hosts one of the best campuses in Kolkata.

Entrance exam for this college is WBJEE. 4 branches were available of which EE, ECE, CSE and IT. IT and CSE have the best placement oppurtunities.

Our college has a reputation of being called as School. Students are so disciplined that students from other colleges are shocked to see. Time schedule is strictly followed. If any student breaks a few rules he/she is fined. But in the end, it helps to build our career.

The registrar of this college is most powerful person inside the campus. Which is good if you consider the discipline part but there are certain disadvantages are also there. The person close to registrar always get best benefits which create lot of dissa

I passed on WBJEE with 11563 rank. I choosed information technology to further study basis on computer.

If you want a college life for fun only, then this place is not for you thats for sure. It is very very strict but again you are in college to build your career. So, after four years you will be placed and be successful. You will learn to be someone in STCET.
