Smt MMK College of Commerce and Economics Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Due to the good reputation of this college, we had a lot of companies from different sectors reaching out the college for placements. Some of them were Media.net, Murugappa, etc. Almost 75% of students used to get placements every year from college. The companies used to offer an average package ranging from 250000 to 300000 p.a.

My plans after graduations are to see the whole world a world tour with my best friend. Then I'll look for a job in the finance sector of course because I'm a finance student. The percentage does not depend all that depends is the skill and quality you are having for a particular job. I got offers from 2 companies one is the blue wing a new startup company in Andheri and second is Infosys. So of course I choose Infosys as it Is a multinational company.

There were campus placements from multiples companies after course completion.

Smt. Mmk college of commerce and economics is an A graded college by NAAC. It has amazing faculty members teaching a subject they are an expert in. The bachelors of commerce degree is a basic graduation degree that I am pursuing and usually people opt for this while they are pursuing another professional course such as CA or CS or just haven't quite figured out what to do yet. At smt.mmk college of commerce and economics the placements that we are presented with after the completion of the degree are in association with some of the best companies in the country including aditya birla,etc. I personally opted for this course because I had no clue what I want to pursue, but here at mmk they guide you throughout your career decisions and also have various seminars based on career development,etc. Currently I am also pursuing an ACCA degree ( Association of chartered certified accountant). This was only possible with the guidance of the faculty members available at smt. Mml college of commerce and economics. Another reason as to why I opted for this college would be that it has a less need for attendance which is in most colleges around 75% but mmk grants you an attendance of only 50% which helps most of us manage two courses together or even do an internship along with the degree.

College is well-known in providing quality education to students as it is very old college.It has a good campus and also teaching staff is also good.It is also very near from bandra and khar railway station.

Its all about your capability if you have the skills they will surely pick you up for the job there will be an interview for the job

the college provides placements to students in the best companies. And help them how to crack the interview. The percentage of students greeting placement is 40%.

Distance from home is very close. Bms course is very good and my friends are also here. I like this college also. The infrastructure is also not really bad and the staff is amazing. My father was also in this college so I chose it.

The management has worked very hard to maintain the reputation if the college and they have been successful in it.

The teaching staff is good and decent. The college doesn't take much interest on students of unaided or non financed students. They are not offered foreign field visit or participation at a higher post in college festivals. The management of the college is very bad and not systematic. The students of Bcom are not given information that there is will be lectures or not due to any reason of the teacher absent. The lectures go free and many students who travel from far off places feel it pain to come and waste that time early in the morning.
