Accman Institute of Management Greater Noida Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Our college has a decent placement record. Companies from diverse backgrounds come to campus, in order to recruit students. Placement cells guide students throughout the placement process and even after that. One-on-one career counseling was pretty much helpful. The average salary package offered to the students varies in-between 4-6 LPA. Top recruiters include Heinz, Bata, Yes Bank, Indusind, etc.

Our college had an exceptional placement record, though they vary from department to department. For the MBA program, placements were generally good but there is still a lot of scope for improvement. Lacoste, HDFC, Kent, ICICI, Hindustan Unilever, Reliance, etc. The industry-specific curriculum did prepare us for corporate jobs, but the number of companies that visited the campus was limited.

Internships helps students in bridging the gap between theory and practice.provides students with internships and helps to upgrade their experiences in their fields. It follow the conventional 6- 8 weeks summer internship program. Internship will involve specified deliverables in the form of organizational work, project, assignment(s) and presentations which have to be delivered within a specified timeframe. Internship is designed as actual work experience which will allow students to achieve personal goals aligned with the goals of the organization.Internship will be supervised by Internship course-in-charge (a senior faculty member) assisted by other instructors as well as at least one co-supervisor from the organization.

there are many companies which are recruiting for the placement like Central Bank of India,Corporation Bank,Axis Bank,Ernst & Young,Bank of Baroda,UB Group,Union Bank of India,Usha LexusBata,Kent RO. The process of placements and summer placements commences from November each year. Selected corporate are invited to the campus for holding Pre-Placement Talks and interaction with the students for both final and summer placements

the college conducts various courses that have project-work built into their course design which students conduct in small groups. These not only involve the various stages like problem identification, analysis and problem solution, but also a presentation before the class or an invited jury followed by a viva-voce. Apart from these course projects, students can also opt for three distinct real-world projects during the second year of the program. Taken together, these projects ensure that students practice the theoretical knowledge acquired, integrate different disciplines of Management, understand contemporary industrial practices and accelerate team-work & personality development. All projects require written reports, oral presentations and defence of conclusions.

ACCMAN gives utmost importance to placement of students and the top management is actively involved in engaging industry at the highest level. Placement activities at the institute are coordinated by Corporate Resource Interface Centre, which is a unique initiative of ACCMAN aimed at providing comprehensive career & placement support for students and alumni. It acts as the nodal point for all skill development and placement related activities. Through year-round programs of lectures, workshops, seminars & conferences, it tries to build in the students the competencies and skill-sets that are valued by prospective employers.

After studying for three trimesters at the campus, i went for a supervised internship of a minimum period of 8 weeks during the Summer Trimester. This internship can be done in any reputed organization including companies, NGOs and government bodies.

I was offered in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, since it is PSU, as per IOCL norms, no monetary transaction take place. Otherwise, those who pursued in MNCs they received stipend depending upon the company norms.

Now this time our session are not completed, In my college placement are starting in December.
