Likes

The college offers good academic and decent placement
Extracurriculars activities are well supported
The girls to boys ratio is to 2:3 it is good ratio

Dislikes

We dont have our own playgroud so we have to hire playground
The infrastructure of the college can be improved
More student can be enrolled in the college so that they have good education

Internships Opportunities:

My college Strong internships support through its training and placement cell, which actively connect student with reputed organisations. Internships are usually available from the second and third year onwards, depending on the course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after completing their internships. Generally after the 2nd semester students start to sit for the campus process. Companies like: Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Big Basket, SBI securities, Yash Technologies, In2IT, Asian Paints etc visit for hiring top talents from this college. Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. Others also ppt for entrepreneurship opportunities. Highest Package: 16.2 lpa Average Package : 4.5-5 lpa

Likes

Infrastructure is good in the price range.
All the faculties are very supportive and friendly.
Good mentoring facilities and ragging free campus.

Dislikes

The campus may not be so big and can be better further.
Sometimes there may be conflict between student and faculties.
Better placement and other specialisation cam ve introduced.

Internships Opportunities:

Our college provide internship within the city so that our students dont have to travel more and they can reach hostel in time. Our internship program ranges from 1month t 3month. And the internship is provided as per your specialisation.

Likes

The friendly faculty and the way they understand us.
The group discussion and personal interview classes.
Roleplays and placements opportunity in college.

Dislikes

Very strict when it comes to attendance.

Internships Opportunities:

I got 3 opportunity of internship. In real estate company, in a startup and in a retail store which were good but. The retail internship was not necessary as i was interested in human resources.

Best budget friendly MBA college in odisha

Likes

The higiene level and clinelines is very good.
Well trained and knowledgeable faculty members .
Air conditioning rooms and class rooms with projector attached.

Dislikes

The space is less for a big campus.. especially the activities space.
Extensive classes are scheduled for better understanding of the subject
Formal dress code is mandatory even if it's hot outside.

Placement Experience:

There are a lot of opportunities and having 120 companies that came to our college and the minimum package is 3 lakh and the highest package is around 17 lakhs and there are almost 90 percent students gets places and I also got place in a very good company

We have SIPs lasting upto 6-7 weeks. MBA Students from 2nd semester and IMBA students from 3rd year gets eligible for it. Companies like Pantaloons, Central mall, ICICI, HDFC, SBI life, Berger, CEAT, OCMEL etc provides internship opportunities.

Not only the campus , but also all the faculties are interactive. They ensure that each students will get proper guidance and help to improve. And also the quality of infrastructure, campus amenities and all the facilities are outstanding.
It's placement department is such a beauty of the college , as it is providing very good campuses & ensure all the students will get placements. It's coordination, continuous motivation and energy always encourage students to give their best.

Internships Opportunities:

The company offers many more internship opportunities to students such as, ADITYA BIRLA FASHION & RETAILS, ASWINI HOSPITAL, INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, NALCO, VEDANTU, JSL. Students grabed all the opportunities and performed their best by conducting projects there and also gave outstanding presentations.

Overall experience with BIITM

Likes

Hygienic classrooms and no.of bathrooms are available in each floor.
Study wise it's a very good college with supportive facilities.
There are a lot of facilities available like Ac classrooms, projector, canteen,garden etc.

Dislikes

Transportation facility should be improved.
Canteen should be very large so that students don't have to wait for vacant chairs for lunch.
Campus is not that big and there is no indoor and outdoor playground.playground

Internships Opportunities:

RBI, Flipkart facility, Amazon,HDFC,ICIC Bank, Cognizant, Infosys, Pantaloons,Asian paints, Reliance industries,berger paints etc many more companies provided for summer internship opportunities with stipend.

IMBA in BIITM

Likes

The behaviour of the staff members and faculties.
Healthy ragging free campus and friendly seniors.
Cleanliness and affordability and flexibility .

Dislikes

Rigid academic schedule and course works.
Less focus on extracurricular activities
The syllabus seems a bit outdated by the university.

Placement Experience:

The placements have been fine and in improvement state. Our HODs have been working hard for it. 100+ companies offer each year and almost all students get placed. Highest package has been 16LPA and 7 students have got it . Average packages have been 3.5-4 LPA.

Personalised mentorship by teachers. Friendly and supportive faculties and the staff members help in any documentary work.
Air conditioned Class rooms design, seminar hall, cleanliness
Behavior of all the people including faculties, staffs, canteen members

Dislikes

Too much focus on academics only. Rigid academic schedule.
Focusing on students' development on corporare aptitudes only. Limited focus on other skills development.
Apparently less focus on extracurricular and co curricular activities and strict academic university examination schedule.

Internships Opportunities:

The students are reauired the choose their specialization in their final years. Then they are requires to submit a summer internship project SIP which is graded in semesters. Companiss offer various responsibilies in allsectors like HR, Finance and other managerial sectors.
