Things to know before joining BIITM

Hostel Facilities:

The college has separate hostels available for both boys and girls. The girls hostel is situated 1.5 kms away from the campus while the boy's hostel is 4 kms away The hostel fee for the 1st year is 100000( in rupees) and for the 2nd year 100000( in rupees). The only thing disappointing in the hostel is the food that is offered. The food menu, although selected by the students themselves, is pretty average. The cooking staff aren't well trained. For breakfast students are served only south Indian meal. For lunch and dinner, we have options for vegetarian and non-vegetarians. The girl's hostel locality isn't really favourable after 6 pm. Also, the in time for students is 7pm. The girls hostel offers rooms for duo, trip and squad. Donot refer to Google images of the hostel. You'll be utterly disappointed.

Hostel is good and suitable for students. Facilities are great. There are hostel for both the course students and yes it is nice. There is 24 hour light and water. There is only two course in my college one is MBA and IMBA. And course fee are less and placement are very good.

Hostel is quite good. They provided aquaguard and washing machine. Ac and non ac also. Price is 22000 per year for non ac and for ac is 33000.The institute offers 2 years full time MBA programme as per the course curriculum of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.

Great opportunities are offered for gaining exposure from various events, fests. Annually BIITM Sportz is conducted for students to participate in various sports events like cricket, chess, Badminton etc. Classrooms are equipped ICT tools like smart board, Digital Attendance etc. The library has all the resources required by the students as well as staff for various purposes. There is dedicated student run Placement Committee, HR club, Finance Club etc. Various Cultural events are held providing countless memories to everyone.
