Eligibility Criteria

Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognised university.
Candidates appearing in their final year graduation examination (1st attempt) in Summer 2026 may also apply provisionally; they must submit their final result with minimum 50% marks by 31st October 2026.
Valid score in CAT 2025 / XAT 2026 / GMAT (2024 or 2025-26) / CMAT 2026 is mandatory for Merit category seats.

Admission Process

Step 1: Fill and submit the online application form at the BIMTECH Admissions Portal with a non-refundable application fee of INR 2,250.
Step 2: Upload valid entrance exam score/percentile (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT) on the student dashboard once results are declared.
Step 3: Shortlisted candidates are called for the Selection Process comprising Extempore and Personal Interview (PI), conducted online or offline at BIMTECH Greater Noida campus, Bangalore, Indore, Kolkata, and Lucknow.
Step 4: Final merit list is prepared based on entrance score (35%), PI and Extempore (30%), past academic performance (9%), engineering degree weightage (8%), work experience (8%), regional diversity (5%), and gender diversity for female candidates (5%).
Step 5: Admission offer is communicated via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and student dashboard. Selected candidates must pay the 1st instalment of fee within the deadline mentioned in the offer letter.

So the year wise fees Paid by me is 7 lakhs rupees excluding hostel fees and mess fees This 7,00,000 only Involves tuition fees. hostel fees is 2,10,000 Rupees per year Typically, the Fee structure includes components such as tuition fees, caution money, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and other compulsory charges As I am from general category So these fees are same as I mentioned above For every general category it vary based on the category of admissions such as sc and St etc. Bimtech generally provides a few different scholarship to support Meritorious and financially needed students as I have seen my fellow mates receiving the merit come need based scholarship Of up to rupees 75,000 and many other scholarship for students who come from economically weaker section and other category based financial aids are also provided in my college So my total fees, including everything such as tuition fee hostel fee and Mess fee Is 18,20,000 rupees for international students The sum is ?20,00,000 for both the years Same goes for the students who are a NRI.

third thing which i think which can be improved is the choice of electives which from this year are opened which can be a good and a bad thing it gives you freedom to go anywhere you want to but also takes away your main line.
they do sort of are more academic orienteed but that doesnt mean they dont provide practical exposure they do regular provide industrial visit like to icd and honda which allows you to gain good industrial exposure

the total fee for the program is 1800000 out of which the program fee is 1400000 the hostel fee is 400000 the fee for IB and General did not increase but for RM and IBM it will increase they also give merit based scholarship upto 700000 each

The college is very rigorous on academics which can restrict you to go home sometimes.

The total fee for 2 years PGDM-IB course is 14 lakhs and you also get a scholarship if you have more than 80 percentile in cat and xat. You also get the scholarship of 50000 and 25000 if top rank 1 and 2 respectively in your batch in each trimester.

Completely industry-oriented and immersive experiential learning system.

For the PGDM International Business Course, the total fees including hostel and other fees comes up to 18,00,000 rupees. However, based on Cat scores, I got scholarship of 3,00,000 rupees. And based on performance of every student, top two students of each class get additional scholarship of 50,000 and 25,000 for each trimester. The maximum scholarship that can be got based on Cat scores or ZAT scores is 7 lakhs, 5 lakhs, then 3 lakhs, and then 2 lakhs. There are no additional fees or hidden fees. All books are provided by the library on a trimester basis for free after each trimester, the books will have to be returned.

Honest review of BIMTECH, noida.

Each year the fees increases by 100000 rupees, the cost of my education is around 1700000 rupees including hostel and tuition fees. There are no additional charges, field visits and mess charges are all covered in this amount. There are many scholarships too ranging from 200000 to 400000 rupees. The stipends for the internship ranges from around 10000 to 40000 rupees

The annual fee is 800000. BIMTECH offers various scholarships for various students and also topper of each gets relaxation in trimester fees. Also, there are case competitions that have good prize money and add to the knowledge.
