Guru Gobind Singh College for Women Chandigarh Faculty

The faculty-to-student ratio is 7:1 . I like Mrs. Anuradha mam who teaches us Information system Design and Implementation . I like Mrs. Anuradha mam because she is very helpful to us and she teaches us in very understandable manner . She is also very engaging to all students . I dislike Mrs . Pooja jain because she doesn't repeat syllabus . There are two exams in every semester one is semester exam and another is mid term exam . Probably 1/6 students fail in exams due to their negligence in studies .

Faculties are approachable and helpful. There are semester exams, expect those there are MSTs. Practicals are taken every even semester like: 2nd, 3rd and 4th sem. Weekly tests are taken for the preparation of the students.

Every faculty is having a 40 students in one class. Every faculty is so cooperative with students even after class they help every student regarding studies or anything they need to discuss about. Personally i liked every teacher how is having my course because they are so experienced and there teaching style so impressive. In bcom there is 8 subjects so each subject have their exam. Exams are moderate almost every student passes the exam.

Faculty members of my college are my helpful and kind hearted peoples.They all are always ready to help students and provide best facilities to the students. And all the members of faculty are very educated and all are PDH level education are taking from best university.

There are 4 sections of b.com with 60 students each and around 50 teachers of commerce department so it is a plus point. Great expertise and knowledgeable teachers who are always keen to help you in any doubts. Most of the teachers are PhD and masters in their subjects. Their methods of teaching is different but appreciative. Practical subjects were taught on board and smart boards and theoretical subjects are with the help of examples and case studies to make students understand better. It is easy to interact with teachers in the classroom extra 15 minutes is a doubt clearance session and if u want to meet teachers personally u can visit in the staff room with permission. The teachers are sweet and helpful.

No doubt the faculty of this college is very good , the teacher's are very helpful and very cooperative. You can easily approach the teacher's for any doubt or query. Their teaching methods are also very nice . The result of the college is also very nice ..

The faculty of the college is very good here.They especially like the students who are descent and sincere enough.If you are maintain a good relationship with them then you will surely have a happy college life.

Staff is amazing, honestly! Teachers are sweet spoken and really teach well. Normally in colleges teachers hardly care about someone in particular if he is coming or not but here every teacher knows each student.
