IITM Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college is for the ones who want to study without caring about the campus, The college focuses on theoretical as well as practical learning which makes the student understand every single topic so it also helps them to prepare themselves to make real word applications from the first sem itself

There are placements but the placement board showing 90% or 100% placements is kind of misleading, first of all not all students are allowed to sit in placements. Second, details should be more clear that If a student gets placed and looses his job in the next 2-3 months it shouldn't be considered and placement at college campus itself shouldn't be counted.

I would suggest that instead of making the students hand-write codes in their notebooks or assignments or even in their exams, they should promote typing the code on the computer itself. There is a subject "understanding India" which should either be teached properly or should be removed from the curriculum because it is of no use to BCA students

I have found B.com (Hons ) program at IITM janakpuri to be quite beneficial. The curriculum is well structured , focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical experience that are essential in today life

There are alot of presentations which help you get over ur snxiety of presenting in front of people. the teachers give good and helpful feedback. The class timins are good as well nd the duration is perfecr

From 3rd semester internships is been offered to the studentsa and from the 3rd year various amount of placements is been offered to the the students of the college. The Companies which provide placement are Amazon.in, Deloitte, HDFC BANK, capgemini technologies. and much motr. There are lot of programmes which held in college such as Case studies + sapiens, internware, umunng etc. percentage of students is about 60-75%. My plan after graduate degree is to give CAT exams and Apply for various universities duch As IIM. Or opt for any private university to pursue Mba.

Students get eligible for placements from second year end . Almost 30 companies visited and made offers in the college highest package was 10 lpa and lowest was 2.5 lpa. Percent of students got placed was 95%

The placements of my college is average as per a fresher which is 3 lakh per annum which in my sense is enough in starting as that is out learning stage and at that stage the company matters not the pay and iitm provides good company opportunities including the big 4

6th semester students become eligible for campus placement I didn't get any offer because I am in second year Highest package according to my knowledge is 11lpa Maximum number of students get placement but if you want good placement then you have to maintain your cgpa above 7 I want to do MBA after this degree

Iitm Janakpuri is one of the best colleges for bca and the placement is the best in Delhi ncr iitm is one of the top colleges of guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university .They teach you everything the crowd is very good and there is a subject which is understanding India that teaches us about India which is really great initiative College should improve the infrastructure and there is no ground in college Internals have no gap in between but in internals syllabus is very low so there is no issue
