The placements have been excellent this year reaching new highs. The average pay was more than 15 lakhs and the placement process was complete within 17 days. Prominent companies include Goldman Sachs, Deliotte, Credit Suisse, Marico, ITC, KPMG and Loreal among major companies. The placement process happens in the last week of November. Most of the finance job offers are in Metro cities while marketing jobs can be in Tier 2 cities also.

The Placements offered are very good. Ample opportunities are given to the students with enough training on how to convert them. Despite the batch strength being high, they are able to attain 100% placement is quite an impressive time frame. During the last placement season, 500+ students (the entire batch) were placed within 17 days. Moreover, the companies that come to campus include top financial services, banks, FMCG, and marketing companies in the country.

Placement Experience:
We are as first-year students provided with internships opportunities and also we have a lot of assistance provided from the college to prepare for the same. Also, all the students are placed during the process. More than 100 companies visit our campus and each student is eligible for only one offer. Students choose the companies as per the profile they want to pursue. The average package in 2021-22 was 15.60 lakhs.

The placement record is pretty impressive at IMT Ghaziabad. The whole batch was placed in 17 days and the average placement figure was 15.60 lakhs. Placements are provided through the college. The average package for the final placements of our senior batch was around Rs.15,00,000. The placement of that batch of 500+ students was completed in a record 17 days. Companies like Godrej, Goldman Sachs, ITC, etc. visit the campus for placements.

For the summer internship program, students at IMT get amazing opportunities. Some of the prominent companies visit IMT and offer projects in the field of Marketing, Finance, and Operations. The project duration is about 8 weeks and gives an amazing experience to the students regarding corporate management and culture. Numerous company come to our college like ITC, Marico, JP Morgan, KPMG, ICICI Bank & Goldman Sachs.

One of my friends pursued PGDM Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. Here is her review.
- IMT Ghaziabad is known for its Marketing specialization. You will have great opportunities to explore your interests in different domains of Marketing. The faculty base is highly experienced. The course curriculum includes a wide range of case studies, projects, and various events.
- The administration has taken a lot of initiative to regain past glory. One such initiative was reducing the batch intake to 450 for the 2021 academic year.
- IMT has also recently started the PGDM BFS program in collaboration with Vlerick Business School, Belgium. The program is delivered by Vlerick faculties along with IMT faculties. This program offers international exposure in different domains of Finance.
- The placement statistics of IMT had an upward slope in recent years. An average CTC of 12.4 LPA was offered during the 2021 placement drive.
- The campus has a student-driven culture. There are various clubs and committees that you can take part in.
