UBS Chandigarh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are above average. After third semester companies starts coming to campus for recruitment. Around seventy percent placements are happened in placement week and overall more than ninty percent students are placed.

The students become eligible for placements in semester three after their summer internship. There are various companies that come to the college and they offer various packages to various students from various streams. There are sometimes criteria of 70% in 1st year.

Throughout the year, it has performed consistently, with companies offering roles in various domains such as consulting, finance, product management, operations, general management, sales, and marketing. Our highest placement package for 2022-2023 is 13.72 LPA. However, the report for the placements of the 2024 batch has yet to be released.

The campus provides 100% placements on various fields. For the Batch of 2023, a total of 115 students were placed on different fields with an average CTC of Rs 13,69,568 (audited). Some of the prominent recruiters include Tolaram group, American express, Trident, Adani group, Mahindra and Mahindra, EY, TATA Group, Acquity, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, MG motors, Euler, Volvo group, Kornferry etc. The highest international package offered was 58 LPA from Tolaram group and highest domestic package was offered by Trident that is of 35 LPA. Apart from this, students of UBS can also opt for central placement wherein companies like Bain & Company, BCG visit regularly.

The college has a good placement record with 90% and more students getting placed. The lowest package is around 7 LPA and last year's highest package was around 19 LPA. Before that it was 55 LPA, the average package is around 9 LPA. So with a fee of less than 2Lacs it provides a very good ROI. The alumni base of our college is very strong with management in top positions in most Indian Companies. The top companies which visit the campus are American Express, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Edelweiss Tokio, HSBC, Bacardi, MG Motor, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Phone Pe and so on. I plan to get a job as Financial Analyst after my MBA.

Students get the opportunity to be placed in the last semester and in our college, we have a 100% placement with an average package of 11.5 lakhs and all profiles offered like marketing HR Finance and companies that come for placements are EY, HDFC, DLF, Adani, Tcs, ICICI and many more.

In the third semester, students are eligible for placement. The campus is visited by companies such as Infosys, HDFC Bank, American Express, SBI, and others. During placement week, 80-90 percent of the batch is put. Consulting, distribution, and marketing profiles are available. The most expensive domestic package was 15-20 LPA, while the average package was 10-12 LPA.

The campus placement at UBS Chandigarh is quite good. With great job opportunities for both freshers and experienced. The Summer placements begin during the 3 rd semester. The average package offered is 7-8 lakhs.
