Yes. This college is 60 years old with same infrastructure it used to have way back then. Now with time changing it need to rebuild itself to claim back its glorious years. It has very limited space for extra curricular activites.

The only negative feedback is the infrastructur. Our college premise is pretty small except that everything is good.Our premise is neat and clean and well disciplined. We have our own basketball court and parking as well.

The college has a positive remarks from my side, leaving aside the average package everything is nice about the college, faculty is excellent, social exposure is brilliant, they will make you good communicator and presenter.

Based on the fee structure and ROI, the college is good for Human resource management. Followed by Rural management Marketing AND Finance. But this college also offers PGDM in Information Technology which is not that suited as compared to other courses.

But yes, Ranchi being a peace loving city, a nature's Paradise with environment/weather that not many city can boast off. It's called the city of Waterfalls & is the erstwhile summer capital of then British Bihar.And yes, dont choose a course just for sake of a degree or just getting admitted to XISS. It will land you no where, but doom your career ahead. Don’t just run behind Brands. Choose what you are best at, success will be paved for you.

College management is of class, a combination of the professional and social faculty.

100% placement in RM Average placement goes around 5.5 lac where the highest offer made to students are 15 lac but most of the students fall anywhere around 4 to 7 lac. Company JSLPS, BRLPS, TSRDS, ICICI etc.

The college is dream college for students who want to pursue MBA as their post graduation. The college when comes to discipline is very stringent. The college wants the students to be in proper formal attire

Pros: HR dept, alumni network, low fees, tough selection criteria, wholesome development of student Cons: Some of the non-serious faculties, management quota and reservation quota

I scored 64.56 percentile in CAT 2015 and 60 percentile in XAT 2016.
